Best cooking experience in Puglia!!!!!

When I first read the many amazing reviews of this experience a few had said that this was the highlight of their entire trip to Puglia. I found that kind of hard to believe but after reading so many great reviews this is the one I booked. Boy were we NOT disappointed - it was just as awesome as all of the reviews I had read. Enza and her lovely husband were the very best hosts, we were joined with about 12 other strangers from all over the world, and I think I can say for everyone there we had just the very best experience! They welcomed us into their lovely home, we sat and started with a charcuterie board that Enza prepared for our arrival - all things grown in her garden. I am still drooling over those sun-dried tomatoes. I can go on and on about how amazing this was, I will just say book it and you will be SO HAPPY you did! This was a 10+ out of 10 in every way possible.

Fantastic value for money 3 hr boat trip with a wonderful captain/guide in Flávio (ex Italian navy and very professional). We learnt a lot of history of the area, saw the caves and had 2 lovely dips in the sea. Prosecco, snacks and a traditional singalong on board rounded the trip off! Highly recommend.

An unforgettable experience for all!

Francesca was amazing! She is obviously very experienced and knows what she is doing. She is also very patient. My friend injured herself and needed 3 stitches. Totally her own fault but Francesca and her daughter drove us to the hospital, served as interpreters and then insisted we come back and have lunch!! She and her 3 daughters spent extra time with us and made the experience a great one! I would definitely take another class with her—assuming she’s willing to take us on again!

Accommodated vegan, great pace and tour of Lecce

They accommodated me as a vegan! Antonella was a great tour guide and knowledgeable! Saw a different part of Lecce we didn’t even know about because it was not near our hotel. The pace was doable, and the food portion of the tour was awesome! They were able to accommodate me as a vegan, originally they said they could do 3/5 spots vegan, but I got something at every spot, including a Caffee leccese for a sweet spot. Worth the money!

We had the BEST time cooking with Lisa and Fabio!!! Not only did they provide transportation but they were such gracious hosts. We enjoyed aperitif and wine before enjoying our pasta, all of which were delicious! I cannot recommend this experience enough. Must-Do in Lecce

We had a wonderful time with Guiseppe touring Lecce and highly recommend this experience. We had been there for a few days already, but with him guiding us we really got to see and understand the city, and some of its hidden places and obscure treasures. In addition, Guiseppe went out of his way to tailor the trip to our family which included a 1-year-old in a stroller. Book this now! It was truly awesome to cook and learn with Elaina. Truly amazing lady forging the way in Lecce. She taught me how to make orecchiette pasta with no eggs.
