We had the best time with Enza and Antonio at their beautiful home! We felt so welcomed and can't thank them enough. We appreciate all they did to make our evening enjoyable and unforgettable. We loved the delicious orecchiette, macaroni, and Antonio's homemade limoncello with lemons from their garden. Antonio made a video for all and Enzo shares her recipes! We highly recommend their pasta making class at their home!

This is probably the best evening you could spend in Puglia. Enza and her family made us feel so at home! Plenty of food, drinks, music and laughter. An evening to remember!

Definitely book this experience. Everything about it was great - good tips on how to cook pasta but more than that it was such a friendly , warm, authentic experience. Good music good wine plenty to eat! A highlight of our trip. Amazing hosts. Don’t wait it will fill up!!
This was a fantastic event at the home of the family that were very skilled and knowledgeable of the making of pasta process. From the beginning, individually we began with flour, mixing water and kneading and rolling it. From there we rolled it to be long and straight then cut into small sections where we flattened it, turned it inside out to form singular orecchiette pasta. At the table, several people in the group did this to have a large quantity. From there, Enza (the beautiful hostess) boiled water to prepare the pasta. Another pan had basil with olive oil and other spices and on another burner was the fresh sauce which was made with their freshly grown tomatoes. On the property in a garden all the vegetables were grown including olive trees, tomatoes even lemon trees and the basil in a garden onsite. The event was very personable with a family feel, everyone having constant interaction with Antonio and Enza (host and hostess) very nice wine and limoncello were served and a desert of a pie with blackberry jam to create a relaxing mood with added pleasant music, fans at poolside and even a precious Yellow Labrador dog to create a very comfortable setting. This was a hands down great event that my wife and I would very much encourage and recommend all to attend.

My family from Florida in the United States met other visitors to Puglia from Australia and the UK. Our gratious hosts provided local aperitifs and appetizers as we had introductions in the pool area
We moved into the house to learn how to make two different kinds of pastas the 'Puglia Way'. It was really fun and everyone had a great time.
The dinner that followed was great as we got to enjoy out pasta served with a couple different sauces. Desert was hand-made by Enza and was a crostata recipe handed down by her grandmother.
Memories were created that will last a lifetime. Grazie Tutti!
From the moment you walk into Enza and Antonio’s beautiful property, you are greeted with genuine warmth. The whole family was there welcoming us into their home. We had aperitifs, and appetizers prepared by our hosts, everything was delicious! We then learned to make two types of pasta with hands on instruction from Enza and Antonio. We then sat down to enjoy our meal with wine and homemade lemonade with our hosts and our new friends. The whole evening was full of warmth, laughter and great time with people we just met, all made possible by the vibe that Antonio and Enza set. Somehow in between of all of the cooking, Antonio managed to put together an amazing video from our evening, which was a great way to end! My family and I can not recommend this enough! Antonio, Enza and their family are truly one of a kind. They are so warm, kind, patient and caring. They made us feel like family right from the start. We did not want the night to end. We learned how to make pasta from scratch and we all enjoyed it for dinner. Plenty of food, wine, drinks. There were two other families and we all got along so well. This night was def the highlight of our trip. We even got a personalized video of the night for us to remember and show to our friends. DO NOT MISS.
From the moment we stepped into the villa, we were welcomed like family. Learning to make authentic pasta from scratch was hands-on, engaging, and pure fun. Rolling dough to lively music with such warm, generous hosts created an incredible atmosphere full of laughter. Sitting down together to share the meal made it the absolute highlight of our trip—a genuine, unforgettable taste of Italian hospitality.
This was a wonderful experience! A real highlight of our trip! We did this class as a group of 6 which included my parents and two kids, ages 6 and 9. It was so much fun! The aperitivo at the beginning was jaw-dropping. Wine and drinks were flowing (and the wine was delicious!) When it came to pasta making, they were so patient with the kids, especially the 6 year old. Enza, her husband, her daughter, and a friend were all there to assist. My 6 year old got a lot of attention and they were able to show her how to shape the pasta herself rather than just take over. Both kids were so proud of what they produced. The meal was nothing short of delicious and included dessert. We ended up with a lot of wonderful photos (and even a video!) at the end. The company was fabulous. Cannot recommend this highly enough.
When I first read the many amazing reviews of this experience a few had said that this was the highlight of their entire trip to Puglia. I found that kind of hard to believe but after reading so many great reviews this is the one I booked. Boy were we NOT disappointed - it was just as awesome as all of the reviews I had read. Enza and her lovely husband were the very best hosts, we were joined with about 12 other strangers from all over the world, and I think I can say for everyone there we had just the very best experience! They welcomed us into their lovely home, we sat and started with a charcuterie board that Enza prepared for our arrival - all things grown in her garden. I am still drooling over those sun-dried tomatoes. I can go on and on about how amazing this was, I will just say book it and you will be SO HAPPY you did! This was a 10+ out of 10 in every way possible.

This was by far our favorite excursion during our 2 week stay in Puglia. When you join Enza & Antonio in their home, you are family. From the moment you walk into their picturesque garden complete with a swimming pool, tree swing, and canopy patio you are filled with joyful genuine kindness and warmth. Even Jambo the golden lab comes to greet you enthusiastically with full body wiggles. Our night was filled with authentic family recipes and stories to include how they met. Their adult children happen to home and helped as well and they are equally charming and engaging. Our class was very well thought out around a wooden table on their floral bejeweled patio. Between laughter and connection Enza skillfully and effortlessly walked us through how to make macaroni as well as orecchiette. Always encouraging and graceful in their teaching the whole family helped each of us to success. After a quick clean up and transition to a dining set up, we sat down together and enjoyed what we had all made together. Two different sauces and some local delicious wine paired beautifully with our home made community pasta. To top off the evening Enza shared her personal blueberry pie made with a rye crust. Unique refreshing and healthy. And through it all, the family captured every precious moment on film, presenting us with a home video of the entire night that they shared for us to keep. This wasn’t just a class, it was a heart warming and soul refreshing experience that will renew your faith in the human spirit.
The most fun cooking you will ever have! We enjoyed our host family so much, what great people they all were and family friend Josh was great as well. You will have fun leaning to make pasta with other guests and guided by Enzo and family. What turns out is a great meal in a lovely setting with hostl you will never forget!
What a fantastic experience!! This was one of the highlights of my family's trip. Enza, Antonio and their two daughters(and of course Jambo, their sweet yellow lab!!) were such a beautiful and kind family! From the moment we arrived with the warm welcomes to the hugs goodbye, we felt so at home! The appetizer spread was incredible. The cooking class itself was so fun and entertaining, and the dinner afterwards was just fantastic! I highly recommend this excursion for a truly memorable experience!! Wonderful experience! My family and I really enjoyed the charcuterie board offerings (many were homemade) very delicious and elegantly presented. This was given at the beginning of our evening along with the option of a glass of Prosecco. Then on to hands on learning how to make fresh pasta. Lots of fun and laughter with everyone. Our pasta was cooked by our hosts and served to us with delicious homemade sauce. We finished our dinner with homemade pie and limoncello.
I couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable experience.

There were 8 people on the course, it was very interesting and fun. The whole concept was thoughtfully put together and the mixture of drinks with a huge tray of olives, dried tomatoes etc., was an excellent start. The pasta making was fun and then sitting all together to enjoy the pasta and sauces Enza had made the whole experience one to remember.
