10/10 experience! Got to...
10/10 experience! Got to see pods of dolphins with their babies. Had awesome snacks and drinks! Fun attentive staff and an awesome captain. Really enjoyed this tour being small group, the other catamarans pack people on like sardines. If you’re booking a dolphin catamaran this is the one. Brought us to an awesome swimming spot, then sailed away from the sunset.

A really great trip. Our...
A really great trip. Our guide, Robert, was very knowledgeable and imparted a wealth of information about Madeira. The tour was well-organised and ran to time and it was great to be in a small group. The stop at Porto Moniz was quite long if you didn't swim.

Sunset PR1. Great time to go, not over crowded.

Booking this driving...
Booking this driving service was well worth the experience. Our driver knew so much about the country and showed us all the main spots, but also introduced us to some hidden gems. The tour was flexible based on our needs, but it allowed us to see all the main spots without having to worry about logistics.

Fantastic jeep safari
This trip was really good value. Saw so much of the west of the island. Stopped mid morning at a lovely rustic, isolated bar where the lady owner was a delight and her homemade original poncha was the best I’ve ever tasted!!!! The lunchtime stop in Porto Moniz was great, beautiful scenic location. You either eat or swim as the 1.1/2 hour stop is not really enough to do both, but I wouldn’t want more time there as there was so much more of the island to see.
Highlight for me was the falal forest.
It’s a long day and the jeep makes it tiring but I think it’s well worth it.

Unforgettable Magically Delicious experience
From pickup to drop off everything was exceptional. Our driver was early and respectful. He even sent a detailed list of recommended restaurants for our stay. Our guide was knowledgeable and very professional. His experience allowed us to move along the hike without and delays and past the crowds in the beginning. The sunrise did not disappoint. Both the sunrise and the hike were simply magical and unforgettable. We see why this is considered Madeiras most famous hike. We would without a doubt recommend our guides and this experience.

Fantastic Island Tour
Luís is an amazing tour guide! The trip around the Island was seamless and thoroughly enjoyable. He made extra stops for us to check out a rum factory and for lunch. He gave us a lovely picnic with local fares and water. His English was excellent and the history lessons were fantastic! Best tour ever! Highly recommend doing this!

Convenient and well organised
Pick up was on time and communication ahead was very good and detailed. The tour arrived in time for sunrise and we were lucky to have a great day for it. Pedro gave a good overview of the hikes involved. He left no question unanswered.
My only criticism is that I would have wanted to have been there a bit earlier because by the time he had finished the briefing there wasn't that much time to find a good place for taking photographs (it might be fine for people taking photos with a phone but with a camera you need a bit of time to find the best location and set everything up.
Additionally and that's nothing to do with the tour company but I think it should be in the information upfront to manage expectations: the toilets up there are only open from 9am onwards and basically to find a quiet spot when it is heaving with people is very tricky.
The PR 1 hike itself was of course also busy but still worth it. The PR 3 hike was very quiet and beautiful.

Toboggan and Skywalk in Maderia
Originally we were supposed to go on the Cable car and the Toboggan, but the cable car was closed for maintenance. Our guide took us on the Toboggan, then the Botanical gardens, then the Skywalk and finished the trip with a visit to a fishing village. We were extremely happy with th whole experience, it gave us a chance to see what a beautiful island Maderia is.

Not for the faint hearted but we loved it
Madeira is advertised as a beautiful island of mountains, sea, valleys and levadas coupled with beautiful scenery.
When researching how best to get a taste of all this we felt that tarmac roads and cushioned seats wouldn’t let us experience the true Madeira. Viator, through The Green Devils allowed us a true off road experience and we loved it. Thank you

The best way to see the West – amazing day with Miguel!
My girlfriend and I had an incredible tour of the western part of Madeira with Miguel. We were lucky enough to be the only guests, which turned the day into a fantastic private experience.
Miguel is not just a knowledgeable guide but also a great person to talk to. We chatted about everything – from the island's history to general life topics – making the time between stops fly by. He was incredibly flexible, offering us alternative stops based on our interests and giving us plenty of time at every location without rushing. Plus, his insider tips for other activities on the island were super helpful.
If you want a relaxed, personalized, and memorable tour, book with Miguel!

Gorgeous day on the water
Great communication from On Tales up through the morning of the cruise. Had about ten people on the boat during our 10:30 expedition - everybody fit more than comfortably. Beatriz and Bruno were friendly, knowledgeable and skilled and were very up front with the days conditions and expected sightings.
Cruised off Calheta for a while chasing a few dolphins which we managed to see, although they were feeding at the time and not in a bigger school. Lovely ride across long, gentle waves along the scenic south coast. Stop near Porta Do Sol for some swimming and the place lived up to its name with the sun in full effect. Refreshments during the cruise and full access to all areas of the boat.
Even with minimal dolphin and whale activity it was an exceptional day on the water. Highly recommended especially if you prefer a smaller group setting than the larger tourist boats!
