Had a great time with Giorgio, who shared his local knowledge and made sure all members of the trip were comfortable and enjoyed the ride and the walks. The meeting spot was easy to find, and all tour-guides were wearing Etna&Sea hoodies/t-shirts. We left and came back on time.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We did the Mount Etna 4x4 jeep tour and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish – a perfect way to spend the day. From the very beginning, everything was so well organised. Mario collected us from our hotel and brought us to the meeting point, and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with – so friendly and welcoming. We even got to see his village on the way, which was a really nice touch, and the kids really enjoyed chatting with him. The meeting point itself was beautiful – a lovely scenic spot with incredible views of Mount Etna. There was also a shop there with amazing local products and produce (we ended up buying loads!), and the whole setting felt relaxed and enjoyable. Sitting outside with that view, in such a calm atmosphere, was just lovely. Our guide Carmelo was outstanding. He was so patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and explained everything in such an engaging way. You could really tell how passionate he is about Mount Etna, and he made the whole experience both educational and fun. He was brilliant with the kids too, which made a big difference for us as a family. We got to see so much throughout the tour, and one thing that really stood out was how little walking was involved. We had someone with us with mobility issues, and this tour was ideal – something I know I personally look for when reading reviews, so hopefully this helps others too. Overall, it was such a memorable experience with genuinely lovely people. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area – especially families. Thank you Carmelo and Mario for making it so special!

What a great day we had; Mt Etna and Alcantara gorge were amazing!! Alfio our driver, Sal and Julia our guides, and their whole team, were great. They shared about our trip and their lives in this beautiful area; so fun and enlightening. And their English was very good too. We will recommend their team to everyone we know!
