Fabulous!

The experience was amazing! Enzo was a great guide and so knowledgeable and passionate about Etna, we were so pleased we chose to stick with him during our time there. The tasting was a great opportunity to experience real Sicily and the Alcantara river was stunning. I’d definitely recommend getting some water shoes for that experience but they do sell them at a small kiosk at the entrance too!

This Tour is the only one to go on! Brilliant from pick up to drop off, the team were fantastic! No messing about with stop off to "taste or buy" produce, first stop small hike to the cave, then main hike to a crater and stunning views, then a wonderful lunch (one pasta dish, bottled water, and coffee) all included in the price, then stop off at the Gorge which was totally amazing! I really enjoyed the Etna tour today. It was a very pleasant and easy-going experience from start to finish. Pickup and drop-off were smooth and well organized. Our guide, Alessandro, was friendly, knowledgeable and handled the very mixed group (different ages, nationalities and fitness levels) really well. We officially started with a tasting before walking around the Etna craters and later explored a lava cave while learning about volcanic rock flows. But honestly, the tour already started in the car ride up to Etna. Alessandro shared lots of interesting information about the villages, the landscape, local food, and the volcano itself throughout the drive. Overall, a very enjoyable and informative tour that I would definitely recommend.

A hike up Mt Etna a volcano in Catania Italy to remember!!

Hubby and I did the My Etna and wine tasting tour, and added going up further up the volcano. What an experience! I work in Disney World and I know a great guide and without a doubt Alessandro was off the charts. He was so knowledgeable about everything, hospitable beyond belief and navigated our group of 8 with finesse.I quickly made friendships that I hope will last a lifetime; I mean we were on a volcano together can’t say that about just anyone.The walk up was a bit of a struggle but this is when I really saw the unity, we helped each other through it, I was asked by a few are you ok? I saw women with their arms around others to help them stay the course and our guide Alessandro kept an eye on us all while offering support and encouragement, to help us meet our goals. Afterwards we had our wine tasting paired with a few appetizers and we as a group collectively got to know each other on a more intimate level, relaxed and with that monumental task behind us, we laughed and shared our thoughts. Our tour of Mt. Etna and Gambino Winery was unbelievable. The day was so well-planned, from a quick coffee and pastry stop on our way up the volcano to a beautiful, well-paced hike with amazing views to a relaxing lunch and wine tasting at Gambino. I couldn't have planned it better myself! Luca, our guide, was so knowledgeable and fun. It was the perfect day. To note, we went in mid-March, and there was quite a lot of snow on Etna. Thankfully, Luca provided hiking boots and walking sticks for those of us who needed them!

Great Day in October

Wow what an amazing day. Small groups are the best and our driver Martino made it even better. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. His knowledge of the region was very informative. If you like to get a taste of different towns in a day this excursion is for you. The architecture of the region is beautiful. We visited a number of churches in the towns that gives you a nice snapshot of the area history. The time is not rushed and we feel we had time to see what we wanted. Views are amazing and this time of year the crowds are very manageable. Again a shout out to Martino who made it an amazing day. We highly recommend this tour.
