Tickets worked, but it was confusing

Purchasing four skip the line/no guided tour tickets through this third party resulted in some communication issues. The first issue is that I received only a voucher for tickets. Then I was instructed to an address nearby to pick up the tickets, but it was not the correct address. After looking around this area for some time, I then noticed I received a new different address a couple of blocks over from the first address also with a new “entry time”. I found the ticket office and received 2 tickets and 2 vouchers for a guided tour in Italian. However, It was not explained to me like this. A customer service rep at the Vatican line looked at my papers to explain the different entrance procedures. My group had to split for different entrance gates then rejoin once in. In the end we made it work, but it was very confusing and much more hassle than expected. Heads up for the third party purchase.
