- Children aged 7-18 are entitled to a reduced entry fee (see tour and ticket pricing) and must provide proof of age.
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements.
- Check-in is 15 minutes prior to the booked start time. Tickets are time sensitive and we cannot accomodate late arrivals.
- Important: St. Peter's Basilica is not included in all tour options. If you wish to visit the Basilica as part of your experience, please ensure you select a tour where it is explicitly listed as included.
- Guests with a certified disability of over 75% are entitled to free entrance to the Vatican and do not require a ticket. For guests who are not self-sufficient, free entry is extended to a companion.
- Please include all names as they appear on your passports when booking. Tickets are non-transferable and if the names on your booking do not match your ID you may be denied access and will not be due a refund. Any name changes must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance.
- Please bring official ID with you (or a photo/photocopy).
- Important: The ‘Basilica Only’ option it does NOT include access to the Vatican Museums.
- Important: From January 12 to March 31, 2026, conservation work will be carried out on Michelangelo’s Last Judgment (Giudizio Universale). The Sistine Chapel will remain open to visitors; however, the fresco will be temporarily not visible due to scaffolding. We thank you for your understanding during this important preservation project.

Seemed long. The English speaking guide had a heavy accent so it was hard to understand at times. Plus the guides monologue seemed to drag on at times.
Daniel (the 5th 😊) did a wonderful job guiding us thru the vatican, sistine and St Peters. He was very knowledgeable and shared many historical facts and stories. The small group was truly small. Only 11people which was perfect. The crowds were extremely large on Saturday October 3.

The guided tour follows a scheduled itinerary within a fixed timeframe, so the guide needs to maintain a certain pace to cover the main highlights. We nevertheless appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration.
Our map took us to the wrong
Meeting place. We were told by the team that the steps had the same address and we were using the wrong map. We were frantically trying to communicate with the EPIC art team and barely made it in time. I think your app should offer better directions. I think you should add landmarks (like “meet at the steps look for our team with bright green T-shirts”). We really enjoyed the information provided by our tour guide. She was awesome!

Regarding the meeting point, all the relevant information is provided in the “Before You Go” message, as well as on the voucher and in the tour description. The meeting point is Via Tunisi 4, at the bottom of the steps, where our team is clearly recognizable by their bright green EcoArt clothing and flag. The location can also be easily found using Google Maps.
Nevertheless, we appreciate your suggestion regarding additional landmarks and clearer directions, and we will certainly take it into consideration.

We were really enjoying this tour. Extremely crowded as to be expected. The problem was when the tour guide said ok when your done in the basilica meet at the marble columns. Okay…….. we never found her anywhere. So our guided tour ended there. We wandered around and eventually left. Guide needs to be dressed either loudly or waving a colorful flag in that massive crowd.

We would also like to clarify that the guided portion of your tour concluded in the Sistine Chapel. Access to St. Peter’s Basilica was an additional passage with the group, rather than a continuation of the guided tour inside the Basilica.

It was soooo crowded and we barely had time to look at anything. We were just being pushed through by our tour guide and Vatican staff. Made it unenjoyable.

Lots of crowds require a little aggressive maneuvering with the crowds and it can be difficult to stay with group but worth the effort! Dora, the non-explorer was the best guide!

The locations are incredible. The tour guide was only ok. His voice was hard to understand and he was clearly upset with the crowds at the museum. I also hope that he had more meaningful stories with all the amazing history there

This was a great option because we could not get tickets on our own to the Vatican. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the experience as much. I do feel that when you do a tour, you are hearing the perspective of the tour guide and not necessarily something you would agree with. In this case, the person who did the tour was seemingly very catholic, and even though we are in a very catholic establishment, the additional negative opinions of other religions/theology were just not needed and kind of seemed to be done in bit poor taste .

The guide had vast knowledge about the places and was a good part of the tour. However, the earpieces provided were not great and it kept on coming out multiple times during the tour. But the views and the vibe of the museum and basilica made it worth it.

The tour group handled it very professionally. The meetup point was easy and clear. The guide was informative without being too detailed. The issue is that people should know that touring the Vatican Museum can be a stressful experience with hordes of tourists swarming about you at all times. It is three hours of non stop touring and it can be hot at times. All that said, the museum is miraculous in terms of its scale and depth.

It was very long tour, lots of walking with no breaks or even place to sit, many sculptures, art and more, going from one room to other with many people all around congested, by the time you arrive to St.Peter Basilica you are exhausted, didn’t enjoy the basilica, don’t do all of them in one day, Sistine Chapel and Basilica and if you are interested in art do the museum. Our guide was very good but very fast with Italian accent.

We were late getting to the meeting point but caught up with our guide who was great. The tour was really interesting and the guide very knowledgeable. The earpieces used are not so good - they would not stay on so I had to walk around with my hand on my ear. Other than that it was very good and highly recommended.
