Great cultural and natural experience

The experience was fun, informative and the sites were so breathtaking. The journey to the lagoon was so beautiful and rewarding and the Salt cathedral is really the first wonder of colombia. Great tour

We had a wonderful day on this tour! The hike to the lagoon was absolutely worth it, with stunning scenery along the way. Just be sure you’re reasonably fit, as the hike can be a bit strenuous. I also recommend wearing comfortable shoes and bringing a raincoat or umbrella, as the weather can change. It was a long day, but we truly enjoyed every stop on the itinerary. The best was definitely saved for last—the Salt Cathedral was absolutely breathtaking and an unforgettable experience. A big thank you to our driver and our guide (sorry if I got your name wrong!) for taking such great care of us and making the day enjoyable. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area!

Great time!

Had a great time! Our guide, Ricardo, was super sweet and very informative, I really enjoyed chatting with him I would consider this a medium hike, leaning towards hard when it's wet or raining. Take your time and plenty of breaks, especially if you're not used to walking at high altitudes (I live on sea level, so my heart felt like it was beating out of my chest!) Definitely a trip you should book

This was a perfect getaway to see a beautiful wonder. The trip from start to finish was safe, provided practical information while driving to Zapaquira and the Cathedral of Salt. There were a couple treats and places to do some shopping. Christiam, our driver and host was great. He communicated even though he didn’t speak English through an app and was hospital and gracious.

Just do it, you’ll enjoy it

Myra was amazing. She was patient and kind. The trip up Montserrat was challenging due to the altitude but she was thoughtful on breaks while giving a lot of historical information. Then the walk through La Candelaria was at a good pace of information and down time to process and reflect. I love art so the museum and gallery was my favorites but that is limiting how much we actually saw and what you will experience. It was a great day?

This tour is a gem!

This is one of the coolest experiences I've done in Bogotá over the last 16 years of visiting. I never had much interest in buying an emerald, but making your own emerald ring was a great way to spend three hours. Not only did we learn about the history of emeralds in Colombia, but we also came to appreciate the art of crafting custom jewelry. We were guided along the way with true artists in the business who helped us turn an idea into one of the most memorable souvenirs we've brought home from Colombia. The emeralds aren't the highest quality, but they are indeed genuine. It's worth paying a little extra money for a larger or higher quality stone than the one included in the tour price. Fabulous tour

This tour was good value and gave us all a very good insight into Bogota. Daniel Gomez was our tour guide who was very passionate and knowledgeable about his country. After a prompt pick up we were driven to the cable car station, visited Montserrat, views of Bogota were great. Then returned to the most historical area Calendario to start the city tour.

Wonderful trip

The salt Cathedral is a good place to visit. It's a group bus tour starting from Bogota. The driver and the guide was polite. The guide was able to communicate well in English. Had a good time in the Cathedral, Zipaquira city centre and had good Columbian food in the restaurant(own expense). Also tasted Columbian coffee(included in the tour). Booked this tour only a day before my trip but the response was good.

A Deeply Moving Experience with a great guide

This tour was one of the most profound and deeply moving experiences that I ever had at a sacred space. Jhovanny was the perfect guide. Not only did he know Cathedral inside and out, he was able to allow me to have my experience moving through it. Well organised tour for the Salt Cathdral

It takes about an hour to pick people up from different hotels and about another hour to get to the Salt mine and Salt cathedral. 2.5 hours inside is more than enough time to see everything. The late lunch was at a BBQ restaurant with good grilled pork and beef - also some vegetarian choices. There is a small amount of time for sightseeing in Zipaqueria at the end before going back to Bogota.
