Amazing, the guide was very knowledgeable, and the Opera House was absolutely stunning and grand. The only negative thing is that Viator like most third-party booking systems don't use the same reference number that the Opera House uses so just arrive early to collect your physical ticket

A great overview of Blue Mts.

You get a good overview of the Blue Mts. There are walks to lookout points but no time for hikes. Some of the walks involve steep inclines and stairs. Would have loved a bit more time to have a coffee/shop, but with all the sites covered, there's no extra time! Our guide was informative and personable and added to the interesting day. I like how it ended in a zoo visit and ferry ride. My only negative is that it's overpriced.

A wonderful day to Blue Mountains despite the rain

Tourist guide/driver Ian was very thoughtful, flexible, and customer-centered in making some changes in ensuring the safety, comfort, and hitting all tourist spots for the guests. He picked up all of us from all different hotels so that we could stay dry as well as modified the itinerary some due to the rain. He also was willing to drop us off at our desired locations at the end of the tour. He worked extremely hard in providing info bilingually (English and Mandarin). What a good asset to the company and what an outstanding tour guide!!! Thanks so much, Ian.

A full day of sights, but not too taxing

We booked very last minute and had good communication even with such a short window. We easily found the tour start at Central Station. We chose to wear a mask while in the bus in order to protect us from picking up any bugs for the remainder of our holiday. Our tour was on Sunday (easier traffic back to Sydney at the end) during school holidays, so things were crowded and hurried at Scenic World to stay on time. Gordon and Frank were great guides, making sure everyone was coming along and had the rest breaks that we all needed.

Beautiful trip, wear warm clothing

Well run and informative trip. Our guide Phil had very good local knowledge. The mountains were noticeably colder than Sydney so remember to dress warmly. The day was carefully worked out so you never felt rushed and the ferry on the Parramatta River back to Sydney a lovely added extra.

An amazing experience...

An amazing experience with amazing staff. I went with my 9 and 11 year old. The 9 year old got tired and Nicole was brilliant and hung out with him and taught him about the reef. She let him lay on the floatie and he out his head in the water to see the reef. My 11 year old followed Sofia, she was the tour guide we followed when snorkelling. The whole crew were so helpful. Dan was also great. My only regret is not bringing a camera. I saw some amazing fish and got up close to a turtle. Thankfully, Sofia took a picture of the turtle with my 11 year old. Highly recommend this tour.

This was the best tour that we’ve had during our stay in Sydney. Our tour guide was JD, and he was fantastic!! The spots that he took us to had fantastic views. JD was extremely interesting and kept us engaged throughout the tour. We learned a lot about the history of Australia and the areas that we visited. JD gave us great recommendations for things to do. I highly recommend this tour. You are in for a treat if JD is your tour guide.

Good day trip to the Blue Mountains for those not too adventurous as it involves minimal walking and covers the iconic points including Three Sisters with Cable Car rides.We were fortunate to see a Lyre bird in the National Forest putting on a show for us .Trip ends with a visit to a Native Australian Animals Zoo where you can take a pay for pic for AUD 30 with a Koala .The guide, Rocky, of Sri Lanka origin was late at our pick up point due to an inconsiderate late passenger at an earlier pick up point .Rocky is quite friendly and knowledgeable and his commentary was non-stop except when we drove post lunch to the Featherdale Zoo Trip was not tiring and thus recommended for those who tire easily
