Guide arrived on time. We were excited about seeing and doing something different. Coconut farm was average. Our guide did the demo. Tile making was different. Lunch was very good. Then back to the hotel. Guide was not as forthcoming with information unless we asked questions. We felt this tour was overpriced.

We had a great day with Carlos! He is very knowledgeable, and did a super job, explaining and answering all our questions.
He went above and beyond - took us to Mercado Municipal and helped us find everything we were looking for.
We would definitely choose Carlos if we have a chance to do another tour. Thanks so much, Carlos!

Our tour with Carlos was one of the best experience for the 2 of us to see many sites in local small towns on our drive to the coconut plantations and see how clay roof tiles are made. Our provided lunch at a beach side restaurant while watching pelicans diving for fish and eating fresh prepared meal wes great.
Our tour of the coconut plantation and how the operation grew new coconuts from the seed, harvesting methods, and a great friendly gathering with the management family to have a frozen coconut milk popsicle. This gathering for us was a fantastic opportunity to share new friendships made.
At our stop at the kiln place, Francisco showed us the roof tile making process and we actually made one tile ourselves.
Carlo is a fantastic tour guide and we highly recommend using his tour guide services with him to new or old visitors to Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo.
