Rainy Day Tour

My tour guide was David. I wasn't sure if there was going to be a tour, but David came to my hotel. It was raining outside. Our first stop was Meiji Shrine, which was very nice. After the shrine, we went to Takeshita Street. He let me out and I walked down that path which was very crowded and rainy, and everybody with umbrella's. I would say a sight to see. Then we went to Shibuya Crossing, I got out of the minivan. I walked out onto the street to take some pictures. Also very crowded on a rainy day. Next we stopped at Tokyo Tower. I went to the Main and Top Deck. After leaving the tower, I got David to make an extra stop. The place I wanted go to was Nippon Budokan, the famous arena where The Beatles and Cheap Trick played. Thank You again David for stopping at the Budokan I really appreciate it. Then we made a quick stop at the East Gardens of the Imperial Palace. I just got out and took a few quick pictures, it was still raining, I didn't do any walking at this stop. The next stop was at the Tokyo Skytree. At the Skytree I went up on the Tembo Deck and the Tembo Galleria. The last stop was Senso Ji Temple, by then it was getting dark and still raining. So I took a couple of pictures and called it a day. David is a very friendly and knowledgeable guide. I enjoyed having him showing me around Tokyo and taking me to all the places I mentioned. The tour provider is Go Guide Japan. If you decide to take this tour, maybe you'll be lucky enough to have David as your guide.

A wonderful tour

Lucas is a fantastic tour guide. He is so easy to talk to, very flexible and is a wealth of knowledge. I had such a fun time even though weather wasn’t great around Mount Fuji. If you don’t mind the early start I highly recommended the 5 am start time. We hit no traffic and pretty much had everywhere to ourselves before the tour buses start to arrive. We were then back in Tokyo around 1:30 pm.

Best way to get to Daikoku

This is the best way to get to the Daikoku parking lot as there is no pedestrian access. We had a look at the Nissan show room then went to the parking lot. We spent 2 hrs there and wasn’t disappointed with the amount of cars. If you plan on doing it go during the week as the police tend to shut it down Friday and Saturday

Best Tour Guide Bar None!

No words can express how fortunate we were to have had Mr. Kasama guide us around Tokyo. He had a wealth of knowledge to share with both my mother and I, and we definitely saw some of not only the best spots but also very important spots for the history of Japan, and important for its people. Not only did he come and get us from the hotel room to get us to the stations we needed to get to (not gonna lie, the subway system is downright confusing if you’re not prepared), but after the tour, he even made sure we got on our correct line to get us back to our hotel. This was a great experience, and if ai were to ever return to Japan and want another tour of Tokyo, I will most definitely want this great guy being our guide again! I really can’t say enough good things about him, and how great of an experience it was!

Would do it all over again

We left the ship in Yokohama in the pouring rain, grabbed a taxi and headed to the train station. ISHIDA, our guide in Yokohalma and Tokyo was there waiting for us. From there, we boarded the subway and made our way to Tokyo. He communicated with us continuously and even gave me the message in Japanese to give to the taxi driver. If you want someone that gives 150 percent to make sure that you have an amazing experience, this is your guy.

Nice last day in Japan

Originally I booked a simple transport from Yokohama Cruise Terminal to Haneda Airport. But since our flight back to USA was for mid afternoon, I asked the company to arrange some extra time for additional cost of course for us to add a short tour of Yokahoma before heading to the airport. Service beyond excellence

Hayano provided betind excellent service. Our ship was over 4 hours delayed in docking but he waited patiently and directed us where to go, assisted us with all our luggage and did his very best to get us to the airport in time. We still ended up missing our flight because of the ship issues but having him get us through the transfer process from the port to the shuttle to the pick-up area definitely made our worst ship experience more bearable.
