Dive into the Italian way of life by living just like the locals do. Visit the vibrant local market and immerse yourself in a private dining experience at a Cesarina's home, enjoy an exclusive cooking demo and taste authentic local recipes treasured in family cookbooks passed down by real Italian Mammas. Feel the warmth of Italian hospitality as you connect with local people. Enjoy a 4-course menu including starter, pasta, main course with side dish, dessert with drinks included (water, selection of red and white wines from regional cellars and coffee). At the end of the experience, take your souvenir back home: the official Cesarine apron and shopping bag. Le Cesarine is Italy’s oldest network of 600+ home cooks all over the country in more than 120 cities. They are passionate and welcoming hosts that open the doors of their own homes to curious travellers for immersive culinary experiences.

Join a local cook for a private class in their home kitchen, and learn to cook three authentic regional dishes. You’ll start by exploring fresh ingredients at the market, prepare a lunch or dinner from scratch, then enjoy what you’ve prepared alongside a glass of local wine. As you cook, take advantage of the private format to ask questions, get tips, or simply to chat about Italian culture and cuisine.

Tuscans were making wine long before Roman times. Discover the region’s rich wine traditions, the fine art of winemaking, and a wealth of local delicacies on this private tour. Taste wines including Chianti Classico, Chianti Reserva, and super Tuscans; visit two separate wineries; sample olive oil, balsamic vinegar, cold cuts, and pecorino cheese; and enjoy a light lunch with wine.

Dive deeper into local culture than is possible on most tours. This private cooking class takes you inside a local’s home where you will learn how to prepare, from scratch, three typical dishes from the Viareggio area. Afterward, you’ll enjoy your dishes for lunch or dinner, with wine.
