Exploring Tongatapu’s southwestern coast is all about dramatic nature, and this half-day, small-group tour takes in blowholes, Maui’s throwing rock, and fruit bats, but it also features a bonus stop at the historic Abel Tasman Landing. This is a fully customisable tour for the solo travellers . What we had listed is just a guideline however you can chose the places that interest you most for the tour. Your driver will be you guide and we operate at your pace. We do have written guidelines that you can check first before going off on our tour. Tahi Tonga is renowned for their small group excursions, which take you to some stunning snorkelling spots and the most picture perfect little island (itinerary weather permitting). Your Trip usually departs Faua Wharf at 10am in the morning. The departure point is just 5 minutes from the centre of Nuku’alofa or for cruise ship passengers we can arrange to pick you up. Once at the wharf guests are supplied with snorkelling equipment and we hop on board one of our New Zealand built motor boats. The trip includes a snorkel stop (or 2) where we will spend about 45 minutes -1hr exploring some stunning reef and tropical fish. 2-3 hours are spent on a picture perfect island where you can enjoy swimming, paddling, snorkelling and feel like you’re in your very own paradise.
