We had a good trip to Zhujiajiao and like our driver, Mr. Chen’s service. We stayed longer than expected. He was professional, respectful and patient. His car was clean and quiet. Overall, I had very good experience

Zhujiajiao, the Venice of China
Jane was an excellent guide. Zhujiajiao is a fascinating adventure out of the city, to enjoy peace and nature. Mr Ma's garden is more beautiful than Yu Garden in town. The shopping streets are varied and interesting. We went to lunch at an upstairs restaurant, and they took care of my food allergies, still having an excellent meal. So you know there is a lot of walking, and like Venice, bridges to cross the canals involve stairs. Great day, great day.

Beautiful place, professional operator
Zhujiajiao is an incredible place and absolutely worth visiting. While something did not go exactly as planned, I would like to highlight the professionalism of Jenny’s Shanghai Tours. When an issue arose, they took responsibility and handled the situation at the highest level.

We had a great tour. Our host and tour guide Roy was just fantastic, starting with the pick-up at the cruise terminal and then taking us to the water town of Zhujiajiao and Suzhou. Very interesting history and culture. We also enjoyed the Chinese cuisine and beer :-). Thank You Roy for such a great day! We loved it!
