First rate - worth every euro!
Our guide Pavel (Pablo) was excellent: I learned so much from him. He was thoroughly well prepared and he shared a deep and passionate knowledge and understanding of the history and culture not only of the sites we visited but of Bulgaria as a whole. The monastery at Rila is astounding and Pavel explained it all from the unique and colourful frescoes to the origin and the development of the whole institution. If you don't go on any other tours you should certainly go on this one.

An excellent introduction to Sofia!
This tour was the perfect introduction to Sofia! We took it on our first full day in the city and walked away with a much deeper understanding of Sofia’s history and layout, while also having visited some of its prime highlights—Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, St. Sofia Church, various monuments along the city center’s main promenade, the National Assembly building, etc. Vasil was incredibly informative, and the two-hour tour was the perfect balance of walking, going into certain sights (Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, for example), and learning about other sights that we could visit later during our stay (e.g., Sofia’s top museums and other historical religious buildings). I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants an informative, comfortable (and affordable) orientation to Sofia!

Excellent value tour
Our guide Iva was fluent in English and Spanish and was great at explaining the history of the area as we travelled to Plovdiv. We then split into English and Spanish speaking groups and another excellent guide Sonia led the small English group through the Old Town and to the impressive Roman amphitheatre, explaining everything as we went. After two hours of guided touring we had another couple of hours to enjoy lunch and explore Plovdiv more. A great experience, with cheerful and very competent guides.

Great opportunity to see something different
This was a great day trip and definitely worth doing if you want to get out of Sofia and see something completely different.
Our day started with a bit of unexpected circumstances when our driver had a medical emergency. Thankfully, the company handled the situation incredibly well. They made sure their driver received the help he needed and quickly arranged another driver so our trip could continue with very little delay. We really appreciated how professional and caring they were.
Once we arrived, everything was exactly as described. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job explaining the history and interesting facts along the way. He even gave us recommendations for places to eat, which was a nice bonus.
It's a long day, but the scenery and experience make it absolutely worth it. We'd definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to get a taste of Serbia while in Sofia!

Tour of Skopje with guide
We were very lucky with crossing times at the Bulgarian/North Macedonian border and, after a 4hr approximate drive, reached Skopje. Small city but excellent guides, very interesting details about the city and easy to explore - very glad I experienced this trip.

Day trip to Rila Monastery
A day trip out to the Rila Monastry. Definitely worth a visit it is beautiful and the church is ornate. Off then to Boyne church also worth a visit. We stopped at a national memorial on the way back which celebrated children and there were bells from all over the world. Took packed lunch though you can buy pastries at the monastery.
Downside was the toilets at the monastery are awful just appalling! Wait until you get to the Boyne church.

Ani was a excellent tour guide and very welcoming
Tour guide Ani was very friendly right from the beginning. Despite only being booked and required to speak in Spanish Ani kindly translated everything into English for those of us who should have had audio guides. I had downloaded the audio guide but hard to follow given that the numbers etc. didn't tie up with the order that we saw things in Plovdiv. Also, the audio guide is an American voice that goes into a lot of detail sometimes for nearly 10 minutes at a time, which I found quite annoying after awhile and hard to stay interested in. If you can I definitely recommend booking a tour with a tour guide that speaks your required language and don't book the audio guide tours. Plovdiv was lovely and nice weather. We also went to the Thracian tomb near Starosel and Starosel art village to look at the amazing graffiti art work. Thank you Ani and our driver for a lovely day trip in a comfortable minibus.

Exceptional service with Josif Barsanov – An unforgettable day in Plovdiv!
I cannot recommend this tour enough. We had a scheduling conflict as the agency was fully booked, but they went above and beyond to make sure we didn't miss Plovdiv.
Our guide, Josif Barsanov, was absolutely incredible. Even though it was his day off, he stepped in to take us. His English is excellent, and he is deeply knowledgeable and attentive. He brought his 6-year-old daughter along, who was lovely and made the experience feel even more special and authentic.
We learned so much about Bulgaria and felt truly cared for the whole day. If you are looking for a guide who genuinely cares about your experience, Josif is the best. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Adventure for a day
This is a great trip, please bear in mind that when they say a full day they mean it. I have been on other trips where you are collected at 9 and you return around 4pm. We got back to our drop off point at around 7pm which was great as we really had a full day's experience.
The monastery was beautiful and the guide was very knowledgeable.
We stopped for lunch which is optional, as long as all the group agree. The food was delicious and good value.
The spa was a wonderful experience. Don't forget your flip flops and towel!

Veliko tarnovo
The tour to Veliko Tarnovo was an absolute highlight and a must-do for anyone visiting Bulgaria. The city itself is stunning, with its dramatic hills, winding streets, and the breathtaking Tsarevets Fortress overlooking the Yantra River. Walking through the old town felt like stepping back in time, and the history was brought to life in a really engaging way.
The tour was well organized, with a great balance between guided explanations and free time to explore, take photos, and enjoy the atmosphere. Our guide was knowledgeable and passionate, sharing fascinating historical details as well as local stories that made the experience even more memorable.
From the panoramic views to the charming architecture and rich medieval history, Veliko Tarnovo exceeded all expectations. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys culture, history, and beautiful scenery—it’s an experience you won’t forget.

Great tour for authentic and nice dishes of Bulgaria
Leading a group of 6 people was not seem to be a problem for Peter on this tour, as he is very well organized, have a clear plan what menu to taste and what story to tell. Everything runs smooth without rushing.
Peter leads us to some kind of hidden-gem restaurants, where normal tourist wont find them easily :). We cant remember all the drinks and dishes name, but all were fantastic and authentic.
Thank you Peter, we wish you more success with your upcoming tours!

Super organized tour and would highly recommend to everybody!
Philip’s communication before the day and via the WhatsApp group was incredibly helpful. Phillip texted us throughout the day with reminders of timing and it made the entire experience feel extremely organized, well thought out and attentive.
I also really like the fact that we were in a small bus van, and we purposely arrived an hour after the big bus companies at the monastery so this way, we could have a much more quiet and authentic experience.
We were also given paper maps of the hiking trails and also of the monastery, which made for a very easy day to get around. I encountered other people on the mountain trails from the big bus companies and they were given basically no guidance and ended up asking for my help since I had a map from this company. I was very impressed and would absolutely recommend this trip and company to everybody.
