We had a fantastic tour of Tangier! Everything ran smoothly including the pick up from Rabat and fast train to Tangier. Rabat Food Tour!

We had a wonderful food tour of Rabat with Imane yesterday. She was an excellent guide who was very personable, knowledgeable and informative and clearly passionate about sharing the food and culture of her city. She took us to lots of hidden-away places in the old medina that we would never have found on our own and gave us the opportunity to try a wide variety of new and interesting things. Everything was delicious and Imane explained everything along the way. The tour was very well paced and a really enjoyable way to discover more of Rabat. The restaurant at the end was lovely with very welcoming staff. We were already pretty full from all the tastings but the starters and various tagines were excellent too. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend this tour particularly with Imane as your guide. A lovely way to discover Rabat through its food!

For this experience we were picked up & taken to our first point of interest where we teamed up with our multilingual tour guide who was full of great local knowledge. We really enjoyed this one as it made it much easier to orient ourselves to where we were staying & Rabat city generally. The main city locations were included & the period of the tour was generous: he avoided the tourist buses & crowds. It was great value for money. A must do in Rabat!!

What a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in Moroccan culture! Chef Khadifa welcomed us into her beautiful home where we spent the next 2 1/2 hours helping to prepare a delicious Moroccan feast! She even provided us with pen and paper to take notes so we can recreate the dishes back home. She’s warm, friendly and an excellent chef. I highly recommend this experience…you won’t regret it!

This tour transformed our time in Rabat

We had a tour with Asma and it was unforgettable. We walked for about two hours, over about 5km. The tour started at the local train station, and ended up high on a hill where we could see our starting location. Throughout the tour, Asma was welcoming, open, educational, and funny! Asma was very knowledgeable about history. We gained a whole new appreciation for Morocco's transitions between french, spanish, and self governance. She regularly pointed out buildings on our walk and gave us a wide range of context, including construction details, local customs, art history, and politics. She also gave us insights into modern culture. She was extremely open about what it's like living in Rabat, and Morocco more generally today. That's a big reason we travel, and she did not disappoint. She knew so much about local politics and customs that we just would not have been exposed to without this tour. Throughout the tour, she showed us places we hadn't seen, even after being here for a couple months. We scored a recommendation for a hammam that we're excited about, and there's a spot we're eager to check out for coffee too! Definitely book a tour with Asma. The rest of your visit to Rabat will be deeply enriched.

Excellent tour of Blue City

Badr was my driver who was a very nice young man. He made stops on the way for me since I am into photography and wanted certain shots. It was a long day of approximately 4 hours each way from Rabat with 4 hours in the Blue City. This visit was a highlight of my 3 week trip to Morocco. Weather was perfect, great driver and tour guide Hazim who knew everyone in the city and perfect photo spots. I had told him I didn’t need lunch or shopping, just wanted to sightsee and take photos and see what used to be the Jewish section of town. I had free time at end to climb tower in square for views. Perfect day and would highly recommend. It was over $300 just for me but was worth it!

Youssan was charming, entertaining and let us spend as long as we wanted at each stop. An Chellah was amazing, we spent over an hour there. His driving was amazing, especially the last but through the tiny lanes of the Medina. Good fun, highly recommended.

I was initially a bit wary about booking a late-night transfer for my family, but I’m so glad I chose this service through Viator. A different and interesting view of Rabat

I’m glad I went on this tour as Youssef gave a different insight into the life in the Medina, that we don’t get as tourists walking through. He shared great background information that gave context to what we were seeing. He also took us into alleys with food and produce shops that locals go to and patiently waited as we stopped everywhere and bought stuff :). Overall don’t miss out on this tour.
