Our driver was so polite and informative. He made sure we were comfortable and he told us about the USDA scanners we would need to put our luggage through before checking our bags, which was super helpful! The ride was comfortable and I would definitely use their services again when we return to Puerto Rico.

The staff members were very friendly and energetic! They are also very knowledgeable about the location, rip tides and made sure everyone felt safe at all times. Upon arrival and check in, instructions began promptly so we could make the most of our time. There was a short break half way through, water and a snack were provided before we finished off the end of the lesson. Overall, it was a blast! Highly recommend!

Andrea was great! Her knowledge of Puerto Rican history and culture was extensive; so very informative. Her selection of a place for lunch was wonderful; she took the time to describe the local dishes so well so we could make very informed choices. And an excellent driver. Eddie was amazing, he was at baggage claim before we even left the plane. He waited with us all as we waited for our luggage and then helped us out to the van. He loaded everything up and off we went. He was a great driver. Would recommend him and use this service again

The driver communicated frequently and reassured me everything was going to be fine. He was right at baggage. He was so nice, not rushing us or acting like time was ticking. He had cold waters in the car, made sure we were comfortable and chatted on the drive. Perfect experience.

Puerto Rico Green Transportation made our experience in Puerto Rico more enjoyable. The 11 passenger van from the airport was clean and very nice. Our driver (Eric) was polite and offered several recommendations for us for our visit. We also booked a private island tour using the same company. Our driver (Gabriel) was very knowledgeable and fit right in with our group of 10. He took us to several hidden treasures around the island and to an amazing restaurant (The Reef) right on the water with a great view of old San Juan. I would definitely recommend this company and I’m sure we will use them again on our next visit.
