Family trip to Lake Skadar on Kingfisher boat
Such an amazing experience, travelling on a wooden boat. Captain Nicolai was very helpful, talked us through the whole journey about the history of the lake and the surroundings. We were welcomed on the boat with drinks and local wine.
Kingfisher is a well trusted company, highly recommended.

Incredible Experience with Tamara on this private tour
I had an incredible experience on the MONASTERY PRIVATE TOUR – Impressive Montenegrin Monasteries in Podgorica, and I can’t recommend it highly enough—especially with Tamara as a guide!
From start to finish, the tour was beautifully organized and deeply enriching. Visiting the stunning Ostrog Monastery was truly unforgettable. Built into the sheer rock face, it’s not only breathtaking visually but also incredibly moving spiritually. Tamara shared fascinating historical insights and local stories that brought the monastery’s past and significance to life.
We also explored Dajbabe Monastery, a hidden gem carved into a cave. The peaceful atmosphere and unique architecture made it a highlight of the day. Tamara’s knowledge of Montenegrin history, religion, and culture added so much depth to the experience.
What made this tour exceptional was Tamara herself—professional, warm, and genuinely passionate about her country. She answered every question thoughtfully and made the day feel personal rather than rushed. Her attention to detail and friendly nature made the entire journey comfortable and memorable.
If you’re visiting Montenegro and want a meaningful, well-guided exploration of its spiritual and historical treasures, this private monastery tour from Podgorica is an absolute must. Thank you, Tamara, for such a special day!

Amazing tour
What an awesome day it was! The scenery was truly breathtaking. The monastery, perched high in the mountains was unearthly, comforting the soul, no matter what religion a visitor might confess. But all five stars go to Dragan, the amazing tour guide, who rendered the best service ever. His easy-going manner, communication skills and thorough knowledge made the day complete.
I sincerely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Podgorica despite the length of the stay.

Wonderful exploration of the beautiful Highlands of Montenegro
You will really love this experience because Nino is an excellent tour guide with a lot of knowledge. He speaks English very well and knows a lot of history and is extremely thoughtful. He knows every place in Montenegro and will take you wherever you want to stop. It was a very meaningful experience to see some of the places and he's very detail oriented and knowledgeable. I would hire him to meet my private driver or to ask him for any advice on any tour at any time in montenegro. He's a real treasure.

Unforgettable experience with Dushan!
The stunning locations of Kotor Bay, Budva, and Sveti Stefan offered breathtaking views and remarkable attractions, each steeped in rich history. However, the highlight of our journey was undoubtedly our guide, Dushan, whose efforts transformed our trip into an unforgettable experience. Dushan had a unique knack for bringing history to life. His engaging storytelling turned even the most mundane facts into captivating narratives. He is not only exceptionally knowledgeable about Montenegro—his beloved home country—but also well-versed in the broader region and global affairs. Conversations with Dushan were a true delight, providing insights on a wide range of topics. While the trip itself was extraordinary, it was Dushan who truly elevated the experience, making it both memorable and enlightening. Thank you, Dushan! We wish you best of luck! Asida and Raul.

There is a lot of driving...
There is a lot of driving involved relative to the time spent at the main sights and the Tara Canyon was a little disappointing as all the books tell you it’s the second deepest in the world but the bridge is nowhere near the deepest part, which is essentially inaccessible to all but mountaineers. However, you do see a lot of the country. The reason for the five stars is our guide, Vladimir Markovic, who was excellent. As well as being a good guide with perfect English, he was a great travelling companion and we ended the trip as good friends.
