Starting from Oaxaca centro with a chocolate tasting and chocolate making experience. You will learn the secret about the sacred brevage from the raw seed to your cup. Cinnamon, cardamom, chili, traditional, dark,etc.. try them all, choose your favorite and make it with local experts Ervit and Rut. We will then drive up into the mountains of the Sierra Norte to explore the fabric of the indispensable "Molinillo", wooden whisk handmade by family of the Sierra Norte and hike to the mountain top for some stunning views. The hike is moderate, about 3 hours total through the pine trees leading us to the pic at 3200m (10500feet). We will enjoy flora and fauna of the cloud forest habitat and take time to drink our homemade hot chocolate in front of this beautiful panorama of pine trees mountains over the Sierra norte.
