What are people saying about Montreal

Kian Is The Perfect Montreal Ambassador
Kian was an amazingly wonderful host. He is generous, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable.
My fiancée and I were looking for a way to understand Montreal quickly and thoroughly. A crash course, if you will. We were lucky to have found Kian through Viator and he proved to be just the man we needed for the job
Kian picked us up at the airport and whisked us away on a day’s long whirlwind tour of everything Montreal has to offer. Still today, when friends ask if we did “X” while in Montreal, we always say, “Yes! And we did it with Kian.”
I told Kian I was looking for a place to “pop the question” and he was right on the task, taking us to one beautiful site after another. He even acted as our private photographer, sending us a link to all the photos he took of us on our excursion.
We wanted to get a firm grasp of the history of Montreal, with all its cool neighborhoods, its culture, its dining scene, and its architecture. Kian was right on it. He is very well educated and clearly loves the same things we do, so he prepared with stories about the early pioneers, the relationship between Montreal, France, and the U.K., and more modern history like its current parks, events, music, dining and lifestyle. We stopped at Schwartz’s Deli for smoke meat and poutine, Fairmount Bagels (where even New Yorkers are in for a treat), Jean-Talon Market for charcuterie, Caffé Italia for espresso, the Museum of Fine Arts, Mount Royal, the Leonard Cohen mural, churches, gorgeous bank buildings, and many other historical landmarks. In addition, Kian recommended place to eat, see live music, and just hang out and people-watch.
Our trip to Montreal was 10x better because or Kian. We hope to see him again the next time we are in Montreal.
Thanks, Kian!

Walking in winter - tour of old town Montreal
Stacy did a great job showing us around old town Montreal. She spoke about the history and pointed out several good coffee spots and restaurants to try. We tried Chez Suzette for crepes after the tour and went to Pastek for delicious tapas for dinner - thanks for the awesome suggestions. Go for coffee at Crew in an old bank building - very cool.

One of the best driving tours!
I travelled with my mom and aunt who are both elderly and unable to walk far. I found this tour last minute and decided to give it a shot. It was the best decision I could have made. Gustavo was amazing! He was friendly, attentive to my mom and aunts needs, and made every attempt to make any walking easier on them. He gave us great recommendations and even dropped us off close to a restaurant for dinner. I would highly recommend this!

Great, interesting & informative tour
So glad we did this experience early on our first day in Montreal. Darren our tour guide, was wonderful. Great personality & extremely knowledgeable about his city. We learned alot about the past & present of this beautiful area. At the end of the tour he shared with us printed lists of his recommendations (bars, restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops, activities, etc) that were very useful for the remainder of our stay, as well as future stays.

A Wonderful way to be Introduced to Montreal
Our experience with the Boat Cruise at Le Petit Navire, Montreal was very enjoyable. The narrator provided good information about the various sights as we passed by them. The restored boat is lovely. We were fortunate to have good weather since the boat only has a roof, and nothing to protect us if it had been rainy or windy. We recommend this because it was of good value to us.

A Wonderful way to Learn about Montreal in a Short Time
This was a wonderful way to learn about Montreal in a short time. The driver, Christian, was attentive to our interests and requests. We saw many beautiful places such as the Beaver Lake (Lac aux Castors) located on Mount Royal, a view of a topiary from the Botanical Gardens, the architect of the casino, and even the Formula One race track
Christian told stories that helped bring the rich history to life for us. We visited the inside of the lovely Notre Dame de Bon Secours Chapel. Because of this tantalizing tour of the city, we hope to return when we can spend more time to explore. Very good value. I recommend this as a customized way to learn about the city.

Best tour ever
Christian was amazing. He packed so many sights and experiences in a very short time as our time was limited. He is a Montreal native and it showed in his love for the city and the unique background and history and character of the city that he shared. We left feeling as though we had really experienced Montreal!

William the tour guide!
William our tour guide was excellent. He was organized, knowledgeable, funny and very attentive to the group. He was proactive in providing answers and instructions. The information he provided was very helpful, like a mini history lesson. I was so impressed He had flags on his iPad for demonstration. My son who is homeschooled had a great learning experience & fun trip. I would recommend taking a tour with William to anyone.

Really great way to get acquainted with the city.
This tour was a great way to get the city highlights in a short time. Most of the visits were drive-by or quick photo stops. The guide/driver was knowledgeable and had a mic/speaker, so it was easy to hear regardless of where in the van you were seated. The longest stop was a walk out to the viewpoint at Mt Royal. The sunset was happening as we arrived, so the timing was perfect.
