What are people saying about Marseille

Great day out
We had a great day with our driver/guide Caroline. She took us to Aix en Provence first so we wouldn't miss the markets. She walked us through the city for half an hour to help us get our baring then we had 2hrs to wander on our own. Cassis was amazing too. As we were the only people on the tour, and I was feeling unwell towards the end, Caroline drove us to our hotel instead of meeting point. So grateful to her. Highly recommend this tour especially in the middle of summer when its hot, getting around in a/c is essential

Best tour on trip
We had Zack as our driver. He was amazing. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk too. He got us some water and treats in Aix Provence. He took his time to explain the areas and we never felt rushed. One of the best experiences I have had with a driver in my travels.

Well informed guide. Only...
Well informed guide. Only 2 hrs which was perfect for us. Hit some of the high notes of Marseilles’ history and then she offered recommendations for more if we chose. What was most helpful was her flexibility. We got caught in a rain storm (with hail) and she stayed calm and adjusted when we needed to shelter.

Hike to French beauty
An absolute spectacular excursion but be prepared for a moderate to challenging hike. If you’re willing to make the trek, it’s worth the effort. Very happy with this excursion. The guides were amazing, made the effort to speak English and very informative. They made the day. Thank you Adrien and Alex.
