Fantastic half day, got to go up the tower. Have lunch and see around the Pisa square. Fantastic day. Pick up/drop off really easy. Was worried over nothing. Got on shuttle bus to meeting point. Which was only stop. Very good day. Recommend it. Communication throughout whole process and on day was spot on and very quick to reply.

Brilliant excursion from Cruise Ship

Francesco was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He picked us up from our cruise ship right on time and took us to Pisa, where we were able to explore and see the sights before the crowds arrived. From Pisa, he drove us to Florence, stopping along the way at a fantastic panoramic viewpoint where we had a wonderful view over the city. Once in Florence, Francesco drove us around, pointing out the key sights and sharing his extensive knowledge of the city, which was really helpful in planning what we wanted to see. He then dropped us off right in the centre, giving us around five hours to explore Florence at our own pace. At the agreed time, he was there waiting for us and drove us comfortably back to the cruise ship. Francesco was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly and punctual throughout the day. The car was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with Wi-Fi and bottled water provided, which were lovely touches. We would highly recommend Francesco to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable private driver for a day trip from a cruise ship. He made the whole experience easy, enjoyable and completely stress-free. We wouldn’t hesitate to use him again!

Trusted tour from Livorno Port

This was a great day trip from Livorno. They guaranteed our arrival back at the cruise port for our ship departure and we arrived back with plenty of time to spare. No stressing at the end which made it more enjoyable. Our tour guide ‘Vittorio” was perfect for our group. We wandered through the skinny small colourful town, we got to travel the sea and look back at the stunning landscape. We got to see the Carrara marble hills on the way to our excursion. Our guide was well versed in where to eat and drink, things of interest and history. We laughed we smiled we saw and we enjoyed! Definitely a tour and a company that deserves thought for tours. We will definitely be using them again.

Amazing day in Cinque Terra!

A wonderful adventure with the perfect tour driver! We got to explore three of the five villages and had more than enough time to walk around all of the nooks and crannies. We even got to take a ferry from Manorola to Verrazano so we could see the villages from Sea which which gorgeous. Our tour driver Francesco went out of his way to make our visit easy and tailored to us. he knew exactly where to take the best photos and loved his recommendation for lunch in Cornelia- the views were breath taking only matched by the food! I highly recommend this tour with Francesco!!!!!

A well organised and great day out

We booked through Viator but our trip was hosted by Shore Emotion. Their communication was superb and any questions were answered quickly. Our meeting point was exactly where the port shuttle bus dropped us off, so no worries about finding them. Our guides for the day were Ignacio and Chiara. Both were extremely knowledgeable and entertaining, even getting everybody to join a singalong at the end of the trip. We didn't get very long at either location, but it gave us a great taste of the region. The cost of our trip was very budget friendly and way cheaper than the price on board the ship. This was a great day out and I would recommend and use Shore Emotion again.

Easy, amazing 8 hours in Tuscany

An absolutely amazing Florence trip! We had the absolute pleasure of being guided and driven around by Gabriela, who is incredibly knowledgeable about the province. He made our arrival so easy by picking us up directly from the cruise terminal. We traveled in a group of eight—including my 80+ year-old grandmother—and Gabriela ensured the entire tour was completely comfortable and easy to walk for everyone. Also on top of that, the price is so much cheaper than what our cruise offered. I recommend him to anyone who is travelling here and wish to have a quick one day Tuscan experience. Also he wrote down the places we should visit in a short period of time, church of Croce was a pleasant surprise!

Great history and food tour of Livorno

There was just myself and my wife on the tour so we were very impressed that it wasn’t cancelled. Bea was a fantastic guide who showed us the history of Livorno before starting the food part of the tour. We were taken to the outdoor and indoor market as well as small, local food & drink places you wouldn’t consider as a tourist. If you’re arriving on a cruise ship I’d highly recommend taking this independent tour rather than the one offered by the cruise company. It starts and finishes by the port shuttle drop off point, is cheaper and more intimate than anything a cruise company will offer you. Thanks Bea, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

We purchased a ticket at the port to get from the ship to the city center via shuttle bus. The tour company meeting point was immediately where the shuttle dropped us. The tour group was very big. We filled a large double decker tour bus. Once in Florence, we took a walking tour with the guide to see the main sights (exterior only). There were many people in the group and it was hard to hear the guide unless we got up very close. After the walking tour, we had free time to shop and have lunch. We then went to Pisa and walked around the main square and saw the tower. We had free time in Pisa. The driver was able to drive us directly back to port so we did not need to take the shuttle back which was very nice.

Well organized trip, bus fairly uncomfortable

Our tour guide was extemely organized and was able to wrangle about 50 of us (one in a mobility scooter) through a two stop excursion. She deserves a trophy for even managing that gracefully with the time allotted. We loved Lucca and thought it was the hidden treasure of our visit to Tuscany. She pointed out the highlights on the map on the bus before our arrival which was quite helpful. We followed her on the walking tour and she mostly took us from one point to the next in the order that she explained them on the map. Since she had explained it already we mostly just stopped for a photo and moved on. About halfway through the tour we bailed and struck out on our own which was just as fine. We didnt get a chance to do it, but next time hope to rent bikes to ride along the city walls, the whole area is a park with nice views of the foothills. Pisa tower was about as expected - busy and very, very HOT. Minimal shade to be found in the area. We climbed to the top which I felt was worthwhile as opposed to spending the whole stop taking cheeky photos - a free bathroom visit is also included with your ticket to climb the tower! The view from the top was nice, can see some farm lands and mountains in the distance. The ride back was unfortunately a lowlight - the bus was very hot and stuffy. If the AC worked at all we couldn't tell - we would have been better off with a few open windows.
