a great tour, the guides...
a great tour, the guides are very knowledgeable and the buffet lunch was lovely. there was initially a mix up with vehicles as well but it was all handled professionally and they were great at assisting us with crossing the border to and from botswana. i was also worried about the toilet situation but there was a toilet at the border, at the lodge where we had lunch and one on the boat

Guided tour nice but probably not necessary
I think the guide was great - helpful, friendly, knowledgeable - however, I would probably recommend people to visit this park without a tour in the future. You're still paying a hefty fee for the entrance fee at the park, and the park is easy to navigate without a guide. You really just need the poncho.

Exploring Botswana
It was a great tour. Kenneth was a great guide. Be sure to check the weather. We experienced some rain and I was the only one who was prepared.

Excellent
Absolutely loved this full day trip. Our guide Lucke was so bubbly with a great sense of humour but very informative and looked after our safety at all times. Great value for money. Loved every minute.

The tour is a personal...
The tour is a personal event, only for the people who have booked. They have their own driver and guide and are picked up from their resort. Both Guide and driver were excellent.
The Falls were flowing very fast, so, despite renting waterproofs, we were absolutely soaked by the end of the walk and had to return to our resort to change. This should be emphasised before leaving the resort so a change of clothing could be taken. We missed out on visiting the Open Market, but decided to go there on our own the following day.
You spend most of the afternoon at your resort before being picked up for the Sundown cruise. Drinks and fairly substantial snacks are provided, but afterwards you are taken for dinner at the Boma. A little too much food for us in one evening.

Comfort and Adventure!
Our trip to Zimbabwe was incredible from start to finish. The accommodations were comfortable with great food, hot showers, and friendly staff. Victoria Falls was breathtaking—Isobel was a fantastic guide. Visit in both morning and afternoon for the best light. The helicopter ride and sunset cruise were unforgettable. Our driver, Last, was so kind and helpful. Afro Dawn Safaris made everything seamless. Highly recommend!

Great tour and amazing view from the Helicopter ride!
We enjoyed the tour, esp. the guided tour at Zimbabwe side and the helicopter ride. It was a breathtaking view from the top. Thank you for suggesting the helicopter ride as part of the tour.

Amazing Guides and Operator
I'm beginning to end, the service, thoughtfulness and itineraries were excellent! The manager of artwork, Brighton proved to be nimble, thoughtful and available at a moments notice for any questions, feedback and suggestions.
We made a few changes along the way with Brittany's help and suggestions that enhanced our visit and provided a few wonderful surprises.
Absolutely recommend these guys for all your future travels as they are professional, responsive and thoughtful!

Beautiful Vic falls and sunset cruise. Food disapointing
First, I have to give high marks for flexibility. Our flight was delayed by a day and we practically missed the activity as it was supposed to start at 8AM. Instead of saying we are out of luck, the team said we can do the the sunset cruise and Boma dinner in the evening and then next morning we were able to visit the Victoria Falls.
Both the cruise and the falls are magnificent.
the only negative is the quality of the food on both the sunset cruise and the Boma. I would say it was mediocre.
Everyone was wonderful and welcoming and I would have give this a 5 stars had the food been better
