Welcome to our Snowshoeing tour in the most beautiful National Park in Lapland! We will go where the snow is deepest and try to stay off the beaten path. This way we will get to experience the calm nature, beautiful Lapland landscapes and the real purpose of snowshoes. We will end our tour on a small barbeque at a campfire with some hot drinks and sausages. The tour will start by our guide picking you up from your accommodation in Levi area. We will then drive approximately 45 minutes on a private 4x4 truck to the National Park. We will hike in the deep snow for approximately 30-90 minutes depending on your group preferences. We can also save some time for sledging/playing in the snow if your group wants. After that, we will have a nice small barbeque on a campfire. Then a short walk back to the car and we will head back to your accommodation. All of our tours are private, so we can customize them for your preferences.

Even when the solar activity is right and the timing is perfect, we still need to be lucky to see the lights.

This 4 hour journey connects the two towns while visiting hidden, iconic locations away from the crowds. Instead of a standard transfer, we focus on scenic photography stops, making the journey as memorable as the destination. Along the way, we make two to three carefully selected stops at frozen lakes, forests, and scenic viewpoints. You'll have plenty of time to capture the landscapes, while your guide shares simple mobile photography tips. We also take professional photos of you in these remote settings. If the route allows, we'll stop at a traditional wilderness hut (laavu) for hot drinks and a chance to warm up. With pick-up and drop-off in Levi or Rovaniemi and a maximum of eight guests, this is a relaxed, exclusive way to travel and experience Lapland.

This should be enough to see everything, and even have some tasty drinks at the ice bar. Our private guide will be available for the entire visit at the Snow Village. You can select at which time you want to go after the booking.

After a walk through the century-old pine trees of the HaliPuu (hugging tree) forest, you’ll hunker down in a hammock cocoon to relax, leaving your worries behind as you sway gently between the trees. A warming blackcurrant juice and snack are provided at the end.
