We had an absolutely fantastic day touring the Mount Fuji Kawaguchiko area with Johnny! From the moment we met him, he was warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in getting to know us. He took the time to understand our preferences and thoughtfully tailored the tour to match what we enjoy most. Johnny’s knowledge of the area was incredible. He shared so many interesting facts and stories that really brought each stop to life. What made the experience even more special was his ability to take us beyond the typical tourist spots and introduce us to hidden gems we never would have discovered on our own. I had a great experience...

I had a great experience with Olivier for the Kigali city tour. Olivier is an incredibly kind and knowledgeable tour guide. I was traveling solo, the tour was myself and one other person and Olivier was happy to tailor the itinerary based on our preferences. He also took some great photos that he sent afterwards! It was a perfect activity for my first day in Kigali to get to know the city. I would absolutely book again and recommend to anyone!

Exceptional and breathtaking - a MUST!

My guide, Denys, was wonderful. He drove extensively around the national park where we saw a variety of animals Unfortunately, we were unable to find a lion but seeing a giraffe and a zebra in close proximity was truly unreal! We also saw crocodiles, hippos and tropical birds on the boat trip. Kudos must go to Denys and the tour group on the smooth handling and professionalism of organising this trip.

Excellent day tour of...

Excellent day tour of Akagera park. Possibly once-in-a-lifetime, completely worth it if you have the opportunity. Our guide and driver Kevin was highly professional, informative, personalble and had a positive attitude, and just being "real". He had a skill for spotting animals even while driving the huge park. We saw elephants, giraffes, nile crocs, hippo, warthogs, antelope, babbon, gazelles, bush babies(?) , many birds, white rhino, and an elusive black rhino. We also took the 1hr boat, very glad we did, also a good break from the SUV. Park staff also were friendly. Pickup from our Kigali hotel was right on time and easy. Pre-trip communications were easy and accurate via Whatsapp with Countryside Tours. Would do again, and highly recommend.
