We had such a great experience with our shuttle driver, Dereck! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment he picked us up. Dereck made the entire ride comfortable and enjoyable, and we felt completely safe throughout the trip. He was very attentive, helpful with our luggage, and easy to talk to, which made the drive go by quickly. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing a great experience for his passengers. My girlfriend and I had an amazing time with Esteban on our 8 hour tour. He did anything and everything we wanted for the day, brought us to the bank for currency exchange, central market, Mayan ruins, great food, and his English was great and he was so great to talk to. Car was also super fancy and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone unsure/wary about Guatemala City like we were.

I joined this tour yesterday, and it was an amazing experience. My guide, Esteban, was outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the places we visited, and he shared interesting facts throughout the tour. The places were absolutely beautiful, and everything was very well organized. On top of that, Esteban is very good driver, which made the whole trip feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend this tour.

This was one of the highlights of my trip to Guatemala. Pacaya Volcano offers a unique opportunity to hike across relatively recent lava fields while enjoying spectacular views of the surrounding volcanoes and countryside. The hike was more physically demanding than I expected, especially under the midday sun. I made the mistake of forgetting my sunscreen, hat, and even my acetazolamide, so I underestimated how challenging the ascent would feel. Although I consider myself to be in good shape, I ultimately decided to take one of the horses for the climb up—and I’m glad I did. The horse handlers were experienced, and it allowed me to conserve energy to fully enjoy the volcano itself. I was determined to hike the entire descent on foot, which turned out to be a rewarding experience. Walking down the volcanic ash and lava rock was challenging but a lot of fun, and my fitness tracker certainly agreed! One of the most memorable parts of the tour was enjoying a freshly made vegetable pizza cooked using the volcano’s natural geothermal heat. It may sound like a gimmick, but it was surprisingly delicious and an experience I won’t forget. Our guide was excellent—friendly, informative, and always focused on everyone’s safety. Transportation was comfortable, and the entire day was well organized. My advice for future visitors: wear sturdy shoes, bring plenty of water, don’t forget sunscreen and a hat, and don’t hesitate to use a horse if you feel you need one. There’s absolutely no shame in it, and it lets you focus on enjoying an incredible natural wonder. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Guatemala. It’s an adventure that’s both challenging and incredibly rewarding.

Excellent execution from the airport transports to and from the hotel to the experience itself. Things that are good to know: we had time to eat once we arrived at the airport in Flores. There were several walkable restaurants around the airport but there was also a little cafe we enjoyed breakfast at the airport. We had a small transfer bus. There were two tour guides for the language requirements. Funny and excellent senses of humor along with the bus driver. Tour guide, Edro, was fantastic. Excellent English. Wonderful at spotting birds and wildlife while walking through Tikal. So much to learn about from the guides. Overall a fun day. Worth every effort and penny to get there. Highly recommend.

Our driver Diego was awesome! Our arrival time into the airport was delayed so we figured we would have to reschedule a ride, but we were wrong! Diego waited 40 minutes for us and greeted us with a sign with my name on it. The directions to meet him were very clear and easy to follow. He drove us from the airport to Antigua. His car was very clean and he was very friendly. He gave us recommendations on our trip and ensured we got to our destination safely!

Our driver Rolando was great. Our flight was delayed multiple times and the company was very accommodating to let us know it was no problem and someone would pick us up whenever we arrived. Rolando got us through the rush hour traffic in Guatemala City and to Antigua all in one piece and made sure we got into our accommodation before he left us.
