Our transportation from the airport to the hotel was long but smooth. Our driver, Julio, was very pleasant. Highly recommend booking them. We were disappointed they didnt have availability for our return back to the airport.

Excellent experience. Driver was exactly where he said I should look for him. And lots of pre-pickup communication to confirm that the driver would be there. The driver (Marlon) was also extremely friendly. A big two thumbs up!
Driver was on time and polite car was clean and the communication with the company was easy the driver was waiting for us at the airport when we arrive and the company was in contact with me from us landing to when we were with the driver I would recommend this service I thought it was great

Excellent experience, the driver was waiting just outside the airport exit, once you clear customs and immigration. Immediately helped us with luggage to the van which comfortably fit our family of 5. Smooth ride with lovely driver.
Definitely booking transportation with this company again next time! The communication was amazing, in terms of where we should exit and where the driver would be. The driver was so friendly and sweet, and started off our trip in an amazing way!
Driver was a nice person. But he did not turn on the A/C for most of the trip. It was very hot! We had to tell him to close the window and turn on the A/C.
I didn’t get the opportunity to use this service. My flight was changed last minute, I communicated with them as soon as I could but was ignored completely. Instead their next message to me was to tell me the driver left because we didn’t show up. I reached back out to them to confirm they had gotten my previous message and was ignored completely again. Even after I reached out to viator I was never told why I was ignored, they offered to give me a refund that I didn’t ask for then denied the refund. Their reasoning showed that they saw my messages and blatantly chose to not respond. I do not recommend this service.
The communication prior to our departure was good and our driver was friendly and professional. I’m glad we had a driver booked before starting a long travel day.

The driver was right on time, he was holding a sign it was very easy to find him. He remained super professional and friendly the entire time. There was a ton of traffic on the drive but he made sure to avoid it as much as he could. Great experience!

Unfortunately, I was unable to make this ride. My flight was delayed and missed my connecting flight. I gave the agency a 10 hours notice that I would be delayed a day, they provided a refund instantly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, they were already sold out for the following day so I had to find another ride, however, that is by no ways their fault. I appreciated their prompt refund.

The transfer itself was smooth and the ride was comfortable overall. However, the car was not clean and did not match the level of cleanliness described in the listing, which was disappointing. Aside from that, everything else was fine and the service was decent.
Our driver Rene waited patiently for us to go through customs which took a long time as we could not access the QR code at the airport due to unavailable WiFi. Rene was a cautious, safe, friendly, helpful driver that went out of his way to make sure we were delivered safely despite all the rain and flooded streets in ANTGUA on our particular arrival day. Yes, I would highly recommend Viator.

Great experience! It was nice to be picked up from the airport and taken right to our hotel in Antigua for an affordable price. The driver was really nice and was able to tell us a lot of info about Antigua.

Booked this shuttle for my mum who was coming to meet me (first time in Guatemala and she doesn’t speak any Spanish).
Shuttle was on time, driver really kind and they were in contact a few days before with specific instructions where to find them. The whole thing was super easy and they even contacted me to bring g the pick up earlier as they could see her flight landed early! Thanks so much
