The tour was good. Bring a jacket and it’s a lot of walking. Rueben was a good tour guide and was on time. The commute from Guatemala City was about an hour or little over away. Antigua is a beautiful city and the views on the tour were great. We’d recommend.

Roberto was an absolutely wonderful driver from Guatemala City to Antigua. He was kind, professional, punctual, and made us feel comfortable from the moment he picked us up. He helped us with all of our bags, and his vehicle was very clean, well maintained, and safe. During the drive, Roberto talked with us about Guatemala, explained what we were seeing along the way, and patiently answered all of our questions. His English is excellent, which made communication easy and enjoyable. We learned so much about the culture from him during our trip. He also went above and beyond for us by stopping when we needed a bathroom break and happily pulling over at a little roadside ice cream truck when we asked to stop for ice cream. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants in Antigua and shared helpful safety advice about both Antigua and Guatemala City. Even in heavy traffic, Roberto stayed calm, patient, and drove very safely. By the end of the trip, he felt more like a friend than just a driver. We have stayed in touch, and we are so grateful we had him for this experience. We highly recommend Roberto to anyone traveling in Guatemala!

Unfortunately, I was unable to make this ride. My flight was delayed and missed my connecting flight. I gave the agency a 10 hours notice that I would be delayed a day, they provided a refund instantly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, they were already sold out for the following day so I had to find another ride, however, that is by no ways their fault. I appreciated their prompt refund.
