What are people saying about Dubrovnik

Great view
Great experience, they follow through with the free water bottle and provide backpacks for your belongings. Don’t bring larger belongings which should be a given but they can hold them for you. If you’re doing this it takes you to the same spot as the cable car so no need to book both.

Out on the water
This is great fun anyone wanting to get out on the beautiful Adriatic Sea and explore a part of Dubrovnik you won’t see on foot. Andrej our guide was a top man and excellent company. He was full of interesting facts about the city along with being patient with those less used to kayaks. Well worth it!

Perfect introduction to Dubrovnik!
At the end of a long travel day coming from Florence, this ended up being an ideal way to orient ourselves to this beautiful city on the Adriatic…our guide Ivan was super knowledgeable & provider wonderful history from various meeting points on the water & the 30-minute swimming break at Bettina Cave was absolutely magical. Since these were all two seat kayaks, they were relatively easy to learn & maneuver and this is an accessible activity for both athletes & non. Watching the sun set while bobbing on the water is one of the most enduring memories of our entire European trip. Highly recommend ~

Highly Recommend! +what to expect
Super fun experience and our guide Ivan was awesome. Total professional and really made the day a great one. That said here are few things you need to know! The adventure starts on the island of Lopud. We had to arrange our ferry ride to the island, which was not included in the price of the trip. Once you arrive, you sea kayak first. Make sure you have water shoes and a change of clothes. You get very wet! They will give you a wet bag to hold your stuff. Bring a backpack, sunscreen and a hat as you are on the water for a couple of hours! Wear contacts or bring straps for your glasses as there is always a chance you can tip your kayak! After you paddle to another island you transition to bike riding. It’s a beautiful ride but there are a couple of good size hills. It’s not flat! You stop for a nice lunch overlooking the Adriatic Sea and then it’s back on the bike and then back in the kayak. No skill is required but it was a workout!!

Dubrovnik kayaking tours allow you to admire the Pearl of the Adriatic from a new angle. Depart with your guide—either in the early morning for the most peaceful waters or at sunset if you fancy a glass of wine with your adventure—and discover natural wonders just outside the old city walls, like secret caves for snorkeling and picturesque cliffs for diving. Most tours last around 3 hours, but if you have a full day, you can choose a longer experience that includes kayaking around the nearby Elafiti Islands.
