Amuse bouche: Extra virgin Cretan olive oil from our recent harvest, served with local olives and a welcome drink. Starter: Apaki and kalitsouni, cured Cretan ham and small handmade cheese pies. Salad: Cretan dakos with fresh tomato, barley rusk, and local cheese. Main course: Gamopilafo, a traditional dish of lamb and rice, slowly prepared and closely linked to Cretan wedding celebrations.
