The experience begins at 10 : 00 in the morning. We will meet at our farm, where we will have a brief introduction to our small family business. Guests will be accompanied by an environmental Guide who will explain the route and provide information on the history, characteristics and peculiarities of the territory, as well as the different animal and plant species we will encounter along the way (if the season allows, we will collect edible wild plants for lunch). We will find a corner in the woods, perfect for a picnic, where we will taste a glass of wine from our company with cheeses and cold cuts. We will resume the journey back to our farm, where a three-course lunch of seasonal agricultural products will be served, including a tasting of our wines and extra virgin olive oil. The planned route is of medium-low difficulty with duration 2 - 2.5 hours.

Enjoy a hands-on experience as you harvest olives with a traditional Italian family at their olive grove. Help hand-pick olives and collect them in large nets before transporting them to the nearby mill to be processed. The tour takes place in a historic company, among the first to be part of the Brunello di Montalcino Consortium, the company was founded in 1950 by Silvio Nardi, an Umbrian manufacturer of agricultural machinery, who fell in love with the Tenuta di Casale del Bosco during the numerous visits to Montalcino. In 1958 the first bottle of Brunello under the Casale del Bosco brand was marketed, over the years the company has maintained a long history of tradition as demonstrated by the fact that the Nardi family has continued to manage everything for over 70 years. The villa is also a perfectly preserved testimony to the past history of the area.

The cellarmen of Casato Prime Donne are all women, including the winemaker, a unique feature in Italy that makes this winery a flag for pink winemaking.
