Walking, discovering, and tasting: In the heart of Tuscany, through the lands of the Chianti region, we accompany you on daily excursions combined with original experiences to search for artistic, wine, gastronomic, and artisanal treasures. We walk to come into contact with this region’s nature: the hills, the streams, the woods, the trails through vineyards, and the wildest corners. We discover hidden gems: old farmhouses, parish churches, castles, and workshops where craftsmen create as they did once upon a time. We taste the fruits of this land: Chianti wines together with traditional dishes, but we also take in the scents of the flowers, the colors of the fields, and the sounds of every setting that we pass through. Each hike reveals an aspect of this land and combines outdoor activities with unique experiences to be enjoyed together, sharing every step, every taste, and every emotion.

Pedal through the Tuscan countryside during this half-day e-bike tour through Brunello. Bike along unpaved roads with ease on your electric bike towards local Tuscan vineyards. Enjoy a wine tasting at the Abbey of Sant’Antimo and learn about the ancient winemaking process. Sample three glasses of wines, including the Brunello di Montalcino, before heading to the medieval town of Montalcino to explore.

Craft a unique terracotta piece in a historic Impruneta kiln, guided by three skilled local artisans. This hands-on workshop allows you to mold your creativity into art while enjoying a homemade cake and tea welcome moment. Afterward, indulge in a saffron-inspired Tuscan lunch paired with biodynamic wine and olive oil tastings at the enchanting Podere La Marronaia. This full-day experience merges craftsmanship with Tuscany's rich culinary heritage, perfect for travelers looking for authentic and meaningful encounters in the heart of the countryside.

The experience begins at 10 : 00 in the morning. We will meet at our farm, where we will have a brief introduction to our small family business. Guests will be accompanied by an environmental Guide who will explain the route and provide information on the history, characteristics and peculiarities of the territory, as well as the different animal and plant species we will encounter along the way (if the season allows, we will collect edible wild plants for lunch). We will find a corner in the woods, perfect for a picnic, where we will taste a glass of wine from our company with cheeses and cold cuts. We will resume the journey back to our farm, where a three-course lunch of seasonal agricultural products will be served, including a tasting of our wines and extra virgin olive oil. The planned route is of medium-low difficulty with duration 2 - 2.5 hours.

During this practical and engaging experience, you will have the unique opportunity to learn the secrets of homemade fresh pasta. At the end of the lesson, your culinary efforts will be rewarded. You will sit at the table for a convivial lunch where you will taste the dishes that you yourselves have prepared. The Flavors of Brunello: To make the experience even more complete and unforgettable, you have the option to enrich your lunch with a guided tasting of one of Italy’s most prestigious wines: Brunello di Montalcino. Cooking Class with Wine Tasting: This formula combines the passion of the Cooking Class and the joy of lunch with a special wine tasting. You will be accompanied on a journey of discovery, sampling 2 glasses of the majestic Brunello and 1 glass of Brunello Riserva. A sip of history, passion, and territory that will complete your culinary experience.

The tour takes place at a historic winery, one of the first to join the Brunello di Montalcino Consorzio. Tenute Silvio Nardi was founded in 1950 by Silvio Nardi, an Umbrian manufacturer of agricultural machinery, who had fallen in love with the Casale del Bosco estate during his numerous visits to Montalcino. In 1954, the first bottle of Brunello bearing the Casale del Bosco label was released onto the market. Over the years, the cellar has maintained a long-standing tradition, as evidenced by the fact that the Nardi family has continued to run the business for over 70 years. The villa is also a perfectly preserved testament to the area’s past history.

During the tour, you will admire the Tuscan landscapes and its hills full of vineyards and olive groves, enjoy the most picturesque places, catch a glimpse of San Gimignano and the whole province of Florence and Siena. But it doesn't end there! At the end of the tour, an unforgettable food and wine experience awaits you: a tasting of typical Chianti wines. You will taste the fine wines produced in the area and learn about their characteristics, thanks to the guidance of expert sommeliers. In 1958 the first bottle of Brunello under the Casale del Bosco brand was marketed, the company has maintained a long history of tradition over the years, demonstrated by the fact that for over 70 years the Nardi family has continued to manage everything. The villa is also a perfectly preserved witness to the past history of the area.
