More Than a Tour—A Friendship and an Unforgettable Journey Through Casablanca & Rabat
Our full-day private tour of Casablanca and Rabat was one of the highlights of our time in Morocco. While the cities themselves are breathtaking, it was our driver, Sofyan, who truly made the experience unforgettable.
From the moment he picked us up, Sofyan welcomed us with genuine warmth, kindness, and enthusiasm. He wasn’t just our driver—he became our storyteller, local expert, and by the end of the day, someone we felt fortunate to call a friend. His passion for Morocco and its history was evident in every conversation, and he made us feel completely at home throughout the journey.
Rabat was an absolute surprise. Its stunning architecture, beautifully preserved landmarks, peaceful gardens, and rich royal history made it one of the most elegant cities we’ve visited. Walking through the historic sites and learning about Morocco’s past gave us a much deeper appreciation for the country’s culture and heritage.
Returning to Casablanca, the visit to the magnificent Hassan II Mosque was nothing short of awe-inspiring. Standing along the Atlantic coast, the mosque is one of the largest in the world—often recognized as the third-largest mosque by capacity—and its scale, intricate craftsmanship, and breathtaking location left us speechless. Every detail, from the hand-carved cedar ceilings to the exquisite mosaics, reflects extraordinary artistry and devotion.
This tour was the perfect blend of history, architecture, culture, and authentic Moroccan hospitality. If you’re fortunate enough to have Sofyan as your guide, you’re in for far more than a sightseeing tour—you’ll experience Morocco through the eyes of someone who truly loves sharing his country with visitors.
We left with incredible memories, a deeper appreciation for Morocco, and a new friend. We cannot recommend this experience highly enough.

Highlight of a visit to Casablanca
You really can't miss this -- the mosque is one of the most beautiful buildings I've been in, and it's the treasure of Casablanca. I lucked out by coming in JUST as they were closing the roof, which is a really impressive sight, especially as once it closes they then turn on the lights.
The tour was JUST long enough -- enough to hear stories of how the mosque was built and what all the functions of it are, while having plenty of time to take it all in. Special shout-out to Leila, who assisted the tour guide and made sure everyone was taken care of from beginning to end (and shared with me some more fun facts about the mosque and Casablanca)!

Excellent tour and really...
Excellent tour and really great guide/driver Ayoub. He was very knowledgeable all along the drive itself explaining the history of the places we saw. We were able to spend as much time at each stop as we wanted, he was happy for us to go at our own pace.

A beautiful city - very clean and cultural - great guide
A beautiful city as advised - very clean and cultural
We were requested at 9pm the night before to change to the afternoon was I thought was a bit late notice, communication wasn't great - the driver was 20 minutes late which was frustrating - especially when he arrived there wasn't any explanation - he also never spoke throughout the whole drive there to explain what would happen. He was a very good driver and we never felt in danger especially with the Moroccan drivers the way they are.
Rabat is certainly well worth a visit - it has enough culture and sites to be seen in the time - it was very well constructed and we never felt rushed. The guide was very good, very passionate about the city and knowledgeable - he made the trip.

Great Time With Ali In Casablanca
Ali was so much fun. Ali was kind, full of knowledge and professional. He explained everything about King Hassan II Mosque in great detail which we loved. His walking tour of the Medina and the bakery was fabulous! I would highly recommend Ali and his driver Abdul.

A beautiful experience with a knowledgeable guide
A beautiful experience - it only lasted approx 45 minutes and in that we were given 5 minutes at each point to take photo's so if you didn't want to take photo's this tour could've been over in 1/2 an hour - guide was very passionate and knowledgeable.
Well worth it for the architecture

Minhaj our driver...
Minhaj our driver greatest is with a nice cold water. Which was nice for this hot weather. He drove safely the entire day, not once did I feel like we were about to get into an accident. The tour guide Majid has an incredible amount of knowledge of the city. I'm surprised he has able to obtain all of it and explain it succinctly.

Great experience, highly recommend!
This was a great experience! My flight from Casablanca to Marrakech got canceled so I booked this a day before my scheduled trip. My driver was waiting for me outside the airport, communicated well and did a wonderful job driving! As a solo female traveler I felt very safe and comfortable. He provided water and great AC. Definitely worth it!

Good
This tour was an excellent one. All the staff of Premium Transfer were courteous and professional. Our tour guide/driver was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and respectful. He has an excellent command of the English language which is helpful for international visitors to Morocco.

Covered a lot of sites
The driver and guide were great. The itinerary was a little different - no pass by of the Hassan II mosque. I had enough time at each site, but some others felt rushed. That said, the approximate times at each site are listed in the itinerary so there should be no surprise.

Our guide, (Yousef) was very friendly, spoke English well and explained all sites we visited with perfect details. He was very patient and considerate. I will definitely recommend Viator to all my friends and the general public wanting to visit Morocco.

Excellent Service = excellent review
Our tour started when Oussama was holding a sign with our name on it. It was pretty chaotic but Oussama was actively searching for his group and helping others find theirs.
We have a scooter in our group, which makes things a little difficult at times. Oussama made sure we did not feel like an inconvenience which was a great change of pace.
I am a travel advisor, so this is what I do for a living. I go on tours and rate the experience my clients will receive and this started off great!
The first thing Oussama did was introduce everyone (there were 7 of us) and ask if there was anything specific anyone wanted. Of course we spoke up. My father only wanted to see Rick’s Cafe. I wanted to go to a McDonald’s. No one else mentioned anything and we were off.
Rick’s Cafe was the first stop. Five of us got out and Oussama took amazing pictures. It took about 7 minutes, but worth every second. He then bounced back and forth deciding if we would ride camels or go to the market first. He was very cognizant about time, I think because he could tell how paranoid I was.
About 45 min in he asked if anyone needed to use the restroom, one person did, so he took opportunity to stop at McDonald’s, killing two birds with one stone.
Next stop, Camels! The guides were so accommodating. They offered us traditional djellaba, 2 of us participated and 1 person took the robe but refused the head covering. The guides even lifted my father on to the camel. Oussama was right there helping everyone get on their camels and then off as well. He wanted to be sure we had time for everything.
When we left there some of our group needed a restroom break so Oussama stopped at another McDonald’s. It was so thoughtful!
We got to Marrakesh and met up with our guide Idir. The first thing Idir did was explain the program of the day and ask if anyone wanted anything specific. He explained that we were short on time and washed to ensure everyone had their needs met. One guest spoke up and commented that she wanted a traditional Moroccan meal (and that others weren’t hungry because they ate McDonald’s. I was the other and I was down to more). One person wanted to buy a rug. Idir said okay, did first. We went to this amazing restaurant Café Dar Touareg. They were extremely accommodating and the food was amazing and authentic! Fun there we went to the market, ask the whole stopping every 150km or so for Idir to tell us more information and/or history. When we reached the market he gave directions to everyone so they could do their own thing and took the my parents to the rug shop.
After we shopped we all met up and Idir walked us back to the Oussama, giving us more history lessons on the way.
Oussama stopped at a gas station on the way back, anticipating the need for a restroom, he was right! When we returned he assisted with my dad’s scooter and ensured everyone had all of their belongings. He walked us all to the shuttle bus to answer any other questions we may have had.
As I have already mentioned, I do this for a living, I will absolutely amen recommending this experience to my clients and requesting Oussama and Idir!!

As the largest city in Morocco, Casablanca offers plenty to see and do, from its historical landmarks to the modern architecture that defines its skyline. With a Casablanca tour, you might find yourself in the narrow alleyways and bustling markets of the city’s traditional neighborhoods, or exploring the art deco buildings in the city center. Seeing the intricate architecture of the Hassan II Mosque—one of the largest mosques in the world—is a must, as is venturing out to nearby imperial cities like Fez and Rabat.
