From Port (Cruisers): After leaving the cruise, please take the shuttle. It will drop you at Place des Nations, where our team will greet you holding a signboard with either Premium Transfers and Tours or your name. We were told a driver was coming to the cruise terminal to pick us up but after waiting almost 15 minutes, we were THEN told to catch the cruise shuttle to the United Nations Square. The group had to wait for us - 30 minutes late to start and guide pointed that out many times even though it wasn’t our fault. Felt terrible. Difficult time hearing during the tour and a/c was not working in van. Mosque tour itself was very informative.

While we didn’t get to take the tour due our ship not being able to dock because of large swells, I wanted to express the great communication between the provider. I reached out a few times with questions and they were always very responsive which is a great attribute to have. So I feel this would have been a great tour had I had the opportunity to experience it and their high ratings would think reflected that they are a good service provider.

Highly recommend! Our guide Simou was great. It is helpful to be driven around in a van given that the city is quite widespread.

This was the perfect tour for seeing all the major historic and monumental sites in Casablanca. The guide was very informative and friendly, gave us plenty of time to take pictures and helped us to find the best photo spots. I loved that this tour included entry to the Hassan II Mosque- you really must see it to understand just how amazing it is! 10/10 I recommend this tour!!

The itinerary sounded amazing. The reality was that we only had 4 stops which include:
The lighthouse lookout
2 hours at the mosque
30 minutes at the old medina
2 minutes for the fastest photo opportunity at Mohamed V square.
Abdel our tour guide was very knowledgeable but his time keeping was not good at all. We seemed to be waiting for him at the stops. At the mosque our group turned into 30, or more people and Abdel appeared responsible for all of them. I wanted to visit Ricks cafe so much but we only drove past it.
I would suggest if booking this trip you confirm beforehand what you will and won’t see. We were only in Casablanca for the day as we were on the cruise. The mosque is well worth the visit and you can probably pick up a tour around the mosque when you get there. For anything else it wasn’t worth the time or money.
