Isdrissi was incredibly knowledgeable and kind throughout our trip. I truly feel that I got a well-rounded view of the history, traditions, and spirit that thrive in Fez. There were many photo opportunities and plenty of options to shop along the way, but I never felt pressured to buy anything if I didn’t want to. Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a backup phone charger because you will have your phone out constantly taking photos. Fez is beautiful, and I highly recommend this excursion if you ever have the chance. Our driver, Hamza, was wonderful. He got us safely to and from our destination and was so patient with us at each stop, allowing plenty of time to fully enjoy the experience.

The driver and guide were great. The itinerary was a little different - no pass by of the Hassan II mosque. I had enough time at each site, but some others felt rushed. That said, the approximate times at each site are listed in the itinerary so there should be no surprise.

Had a wonderful time on the city night tour of Casablanca with Hamid. He was very entertaining, thoughtful and knowledgeable about everywhere we went. I would highly recommend him for your next tour! He even went out of his way to take us by Ricks Cafe!!

It's a 2.5 hour drive from casablanca. .Marrakech is a trading post with a lot of tourists. So expect some shopping and bargaining. The Yves saint Laurent museum and Jardin majorelle are must see. You need tickets andcreservations must be made in advance.

Great guide and driver (El Arbi and Nadine), but there were issues with the tour company. The meeting place is inaccurate. You meet at United nations Square, which is quite a distance from the cruise port. Allow at least 30 min. The guide was told I had not paid for mosque entry and he needed to collect that. However I showed him a WhatsApp transcript in which I specifically asked the tour operator this when I booked it and I was told it was included in the price. The guide had many issues with the same situation with others in the group and he shouldn't be expected to be collecting this money. It detracted from his ability to be our guide and provide info about Casablanca.And then we learned that the 10:00 tour people had to wait for us on the 10:30 (over an hour) and were put on our itinerary and not the one they paid for (which included, for example, a stop inside Rick's Cafe). They decided to leave the tour entirely after the mosque visit because they were so disgusted with the disorganization.

I didn't want to spend my nine-hour layover in Casablanca at the airport, and I thought this tour was perfect for me. I was not mistaken. It was a very enjoyable 6 hours getting to know the city's main attractions. Wahid, my guide, was extraordinary in his knowledge, friendliness and kindness, and took good care of me. It's amazing how you can see the main sights of the city in such a short time and still get to the airport calmly and on time. I loved it!!!

This was a combination of walking and driving to different spots in Casablanca, which I wasn't expecting. The driving portion made it much more efficient and easier to more of the city. My guide was very knowledgeable and I appreciated the time he took to show me details I would have missed on my own and to explain the significance and history of different parts of Casablanca.

This was our first time using Viator to book a tour. I was nervous being in a foreign country where I didn’t speak the language and was not using the cruise company’s tours. All of our fears were for nothing!! We had the most amazing tour with Mohamed!! He listened to us and took us everywhere we wanted to go. He had great conversations with us about the culture of Casablanca and Morocco. We learned so much!! We will definitely be using Viator in our future travels!!
