The tour was fine until the end. Hamid, the guide was more interested in taking us to see his friends, so we could make purchases. More history of the city other than architecture, affluent neighborhoods, and European stores would have been nice.He also told me my tip was too small.

Great guide and driver (El Arbi and Nadine), but there were issues with the tour company. The meeting place is inaccurate. You meet at United nations Square, which is quite a distance from the cruise port. Allow at least 30 min. The guide was told I had not paid for mosque entry and he needed to collect that. However I showed him a WhatsApp transcript in which I specifically asked the tour operator this when I booked it and I was told it was included in the price. The guide had many issues with the same situation with others in the group and he shouldn't be expected to be collecting this money. It detracted from his ability to be our guide and provide info about Casablanca.And then we learned that the 10:00 tour people had to wait for us on the 10:30 (over an hour) and were put on our itinerary and not the one they paid for (which included, for example, a stop inside Rick's Cafe). They decided to leave the tour entirely after the mosque visit because they were so disgusted with the disorganization.

Regarding mosque entry, all instructions were confirmed with the tour operator at booking, and we regret any miscommunication that caused the guide to handle payments unexpectedly.

I do not recommend the guide I had - Lougzaili Mohammed. As a solo female traveler, I felt uncomfortable at times during the tour. Also, he was on his phone while driving and throughout the tour he seemed more interested in connecting with friends / associates.
At the end of the tour, he basically forced the others in the group to leave 5-star reviews. I refused to give him a review during the tour because it was a poor experience.

This tour was amazing!!! It was the perfect way to see Casablanca. We had Ali as our driver and Laarbi as our general guide (the guide in the mosque was awesome too). I feel like we covered the entire city. Most importantly we felt completely safe with our young kids as the driving is very intense here. They even dropped us at a restaurant suitable for our picky eaters at the end. I can't recommend this tour enough, I would have paid double.

I would recommend to do this type of tour with a company with someone local. Ask to visit not the expensive places because they will take you to those.
In general was a great experience… the guys were super nice and knowledgeable!

The vehicle was very clean and comfortable. A very nice way to get around to the major sites. The tour of the mosque was the highlight, by far. Unfortunately, the last stop was a tourist shop where my daughter considered buying a tourist license plate that said Morocco - when we asked the price, he said 60. We were sure that was durhams, but he said US dollars! When I clarified and said your mean $6, he said no. This left a very bad taste in our mouths.

It is perfect to get the basics about Casablanca, and you can start planing to explirechem more in details later.
My guide, Tahar, was very nice, full of infirmation. He is fluent in English, so we could communicate easy. He answered all my questions. He gave me enough time at every stop to take some nice photos.

Hassan ll Mosque was exquisite-a must see.

Our driver, Oussama? picked us up as arranged and on time. He continually provided information about Casablanca and the sites we were seeing. We stopped at several locations to take pictures and get a closer look. A tour of the Hassan II Mosque was included and was the highlight of the excursion. Oussama was courteous and gave us plenty of time to see Casablanca.

Our luggage did not arrive and we had to file for loss of luggage at the Casablanca airport, which took 2 hours. We missed our tour booked at 10am. The tour agency kindly moved us to the 3pm tour at no additional charge. It was a fantastic tour. Our guide was blind and was helped by a young man. His English was perfect, his insights and information were very good. The mosque both inside and outside was breathtakingly beautiful. It was a very good start to our wonderful first trip to Morocco.

We were more than disappointed to learn our “small group” of 3 people were mixed in with 9 other people for a total of 12 people that were shoved into a hot van with non-working air conditioning. We were not given a choice to select private and this tour doesn’t make any mention that you will be added or merged to other groups with different bookings. The other folks all had a different title for their tour. We all paid different prices — so shop around the site for the best price. We should have demanded a new vehicle. It was uncomfortable with 12 guests plus 2 tour guides in a black van with non-rolling windows. The guide took us to places that were not on our list which ultimately made for a longer tour in a hot hot hot van. I have had really good luck with Viator but this one was a fail for us.

What an amazing tour! Abdo was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, making sure that we were well taken care of. The tour was definitely worth it! Abdo is very knowledgeable and kind. He took his time, letting us wander around while always staying close. We never felt rushed. He also answered additional local questions for us. We really enjoyed our tour!
