Explore Cabot Trail with small group
Had a very enjoyable day exploring Cabot Trail in a 15 passenger van with 12 people. Brian was a great guide, imparting lots of information and stories. Took us to some off-the-beaten trail places. Brian was mindful of our interests and of our cruise schedule.

Giovanni Caboto-approved!
If you’re thinking about exploring the Cabot Trail, this tour is an absolute must! The views along the coast were breathtaking, and our guide, Brian, kept us entertained and enlightened the entire way with plenty of facts and history about the area. His navigation skills were so spot-on that I’m pretty sure John Giovanni Caboto himself would be taking notes! As a solo traveler, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The small group setting made it easy to connect, everyone was friendly, and we had a great time together. Highly recommended!

Cape Breton and Cabot Trail
Would rate this experience 10 stars. Bo was a brilliant tour guide, who made the day a highlight of our cruise. We had a perfect mix of spectacular scenic drive and spectacular scenic stops. Even travelling with our 2 year old granddaughter was a pleasure in the spacious van provided. We had to (ha ha) promise not to the reveal the secret locations Bo shared with us. Highly recommended!

Experience History with this Small Group Tour
I cant speak highly enough about this small group tour by Blackwood Tours in Sydney, Nova Scotia! Our tour guide Jim was waiting for us at the end of our cruise ship dock as we joined ten others from the ship on our educational adventure. Our guide provided information on the city, our upcoming stops, and kept everyone on schedule. I could have spent a half day at the Highland Village, a recreation/living history museum focusing on the life and culture of Nova Scotia Gaels. The views alone are worth the visit! Next, we stopped in the village of Baddek for a scrumptious lunch. Finally, we went to the Alexander Graham Bell Natural Historic Site to learn about his life and innovations. It was a wonderful way to spend a beautiful fall day in Nova Scotia, Canada!
