My first solo trip ever was so special as Harry made it just amazing. His energy throughout the journey was just marvelous. He made sure to explain each and every detail. He was livley and caring. He also kept us entertained while we had lunch at this beautiful place, he shared his photo album. I had the most beautiful time.

Bruce, our driver and tour guide was excellent. He was very laid back, funny, informative and very knowledgeable. The only thing that would have made it better, would have been if the leaves had changed colour more, but , Mother Nature! Highly recommend!

It makes more sense to do the Cabot Trail by bus as you can see much more and hear about the history of the place and have some interesting humorous stories told to you during this experience. I would have missed some of the hidden gem spots to stop for the best views and photo ops.

Well worth the trip and 8 hrs. Stopped for delicious lunch at Pleasent Bay. Our guide was knowledgeable and very personable. The views were spectacular!

The tour guide let us to Aspy Bay. He told me about Cabot landing place is 5 miles from Aspy Bay. There is a large Rock there that marked the spot where Cabot landed. Every year People would visit it with flower. This story touched my heart .

We did the Cabot Trail Discovery Tour in August 2024 with our guide Brian. The date we originally picked had rain in the forecast, and the team was kind enough to move our tour to another date, thanks to Misty and Brian for making it happen! We enjoyed the day and all of Brian's stories, both of the history of Cape Breton and his personal experiences. A great day all around!

The tour was amazing, and Harry was an exceptional guide for our delightful group. His extensive knowledge and sense of humor added so much to the experience, and while we didn’t have a sunny day, the clouds made the gorgeous views even more dramatic. This was the highlight of our trip to Cape Breton!

Everything about this trip was amazing!!! We can't say enough about spending the day with Harry....he was friendly, knowledgeable, funny kind, caring and he made sure we did not miss a thing. Many, many wonderful stops! We were 6 in the van and all of us agreed that this was truly the best way to see the Cabot Trail.

Harry was an excellent tour guide. He entertained us with interesting stories and provided us with great insights of where to hike stay, and eat. We never felt rushed. He provided us with lots of photo opportunities and gave us some history on Cape Breton Island. I would highly recommend this tour so you can sit back and enjoy the beauty of the Cabot Trail without having to drive.

We took this tour on our first full day of vacation on Cape Breton. It was absolutely worth the cost and the investment of our time. Harry was such a great tour guide. We just loved his stories and his incredible insight of the island. It has definitely made our vacation here more meaningful. He took us to a wonderful lunch spot and stopped at a lot of special look outs and small villages. Don’t worry, you are definitely not in the bus for long stretches and there are plenty of bathroom breaks. We almost didn’t take this tour because of the 8 hours but it really flew by…. The best part of the trip was Harry!!! We loved the stories, history, information and wonderful stops he chose to share with us. The views from the outlooks were spectacular and we loved that he chose some little known spots as well. In addition to time to explore the Eastern and Western shore he chose a bakery stop, a fun restaurant for lunch and an ice cream stop in the afternoon. The van was very comfortable with great windows to experience the views along the way. It was a great bargain and allowed all 4 of our group to see the beautiful surroundings without having to deal with the drive. I would wholeheartedly recommend Cabot Discovery Tours to everyone!

Harry kept us well informed and entertained as he drove us to the “good spots”, some villages off the beaten path. Much more relaxing than driving yourself, excellent lunch stop as well as many others. I appreciate the cushy van seats with room to spread out among the ten of us.

We had the most memorable day exploring the Cabot Trail with Harry, our tour guide. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and fun to be with. He knew all the best places to stop along the way, and shared such wonderful information about the area. The views on the trail are breathtaking, and the photos we took are incredible! We felt like we made a new friend by the end of the day. Harry was exceptional!!! We are so glad we signed up for this tour. We highly recommend!! 👍👍

Harry was exceptional. 7 person group. Harry gave us a lot of information and took us places we would not have known about. Had a lot of photo stops. Stopped for lunch and ice cream. Well worth the money!
