Fun Day around Buenos Aires
Great day with Juan around Buenos Aires. Really loved the area around Boca Juniors stadium - so colorful and vibrant! Loved the Cathedral - and knowing the history of if, Pope Francis, etc made the experience better. Also fell into a by chance highlight near the capital where there was a weekly remembrance of the "lost children" from the 1970s. I had seen this story and to see a ceremony with actual relatives was pretty powerful. Juan was a great representative and ambassador for his city and we loved spending the day with him!

Great show with various performances. The theater itself has a beautiful historic charm that really enhances the experience. Seating is first-come, first-served, so arriving early is definitely worth it if you want a spot close to the stage. We were happy we chose the dinner option. While the appetizers and desserts were on the smaller side, the pumpkin soup and the meat dish were absolutely delicious and made the meal worthwhile.

Very nice
We were picked up from our hotel a little late than the indicated time but that's okay. The pick up vehicle was the vintage blue collectivo bus which was cool. Then we were taken to the Albije Tango theatre and restaurant in San Telmo. The 3-course dinner was served at 7:30 pm and it was good. The tango show started at 8:30 pm and it was wonderful. After the show, we were transferred back to our hotel safely.

Local Flavors and Friends Abound!
My husband and I had a fantastic first night in Argentina at the rooftop asado experience. It was a great way to eat like a local and soak up the flavors of the region while learning a lot as well. I would highly recommend booking this experience! You feel like you are dining with warm and inviting local friends.

Whether you want to watch a tango show at a historic venue, take a day trip into the Pampas to visit the gauchos (cowboys), or follow in the footsteps of Evita, Buenos Aires tours are full of memorable moments. Make like a porteño (a local) as you discover Palermo’s foodie hangouts, cycle around the city’s parks, and stroll the streets of La Boca and San Telmo. And if you want to explore further, day trips take you everywhere from the Tigre Delta to Iguazu Falls or across the Rio de la Plata to Uruguay.
