Tours and Tickets to Experience Icefields Parkway (Highway 93)

A great tour. Ginny was a wonderful guide. Some of the prettiest parts we saw in Canada. Somewhat disappointed that my attempt to arrange hotel pickup and lunches was unsuccessful and I ended up walking a long ways the night before to get our lunch and we ended up paying a taxi to get to the train station where all others were picked up by the bus. Future travellers be sure you call until you get these arrangements made as part of your tour.

It is wonderful to tour in a small group. You can ask more questions and it is more catered to each person in the group. Our guide Bee was a ray of sunshine and made us more excited about each area we visited! She was very knowledgeable and made us feel safe. Highly recommend this tour.

Fun and informative narration of our drive. It worked perfectly, turning on at all the right spots even though we did not have cell service.

The excursion is great, our guide he was wonderful. The lake had plenty of bubbles and was nicely frozen over. All the stops were beautiful. My only complaint is it literally says in the viator page contact RAD for ice skate rentals. I literally did several days before and was met with a, oh you booked with viator we can’t rent you skates but if you cancel with viator and rebook with us you can then rent skates. So basically was being told cancel, rebook so we don’t have to pay Viator anything and then we’ll let you rent skates. Seemed like shady way for them to avoid paying Viator a booking fee, if you don’t honor what it says on Viator don’t be on here on the first place. I kept my Viator booking and simply walked on the lake. We considered renting in town and brining them ourselves but opted just to walk on the lake. Again let this take nothing away from the tour and the guide but the office is trying to avoid viator bookings.

Long day but it was a good way to see some beautiful glacial lakes. We had gorgeous weather, so that helped.

We listened on the way to Jasper and on the way back. Great advice on hikes helped an elderly relative decide which hikes to go on.

Gentle hikes, local tour guide, stunning views. We enjoyed Robby’s relaxed and knowledgeable tour! He had lots of great information about the history, nature and stories of other tours in other seasons and other areas. He has lots of experience and I felt very safe and comfortable. .

Wonderful day trip so much to see , spectacular views of the mountains lakes and glaciers. Just loved every minute
