I booked the Private Full-Day Tour: Discover The Best of Bali Destinations and I’m so glad I did. From start to finish, it was one of the best tours I’ve ever taken. The guide, Kadek, was simply fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, punctual, and had a warm, friendly personality that made the whole day feel like exploring with a good friend rather than just a tour. Kadek shared so many interesting insights about Balinese culture, history, and daily life that I would have completely missed on my own. He was also very flexible and happy to adjust the itinerary slightly based on my interests and pace. The tour itself was perfectly organized — comfortable private transport, beautiful stops (the Water Temple at Bedugul was magical, especially with the mist), stunning rice terraces, and a delicious lunch with a great view. Morning tour of Ubud

I got the ten hour...

I got the ten hour private tour with English speaker and requested pick up from our Airbnb in Ubud to drop off at our hotel in Nusa Dua with stops along the way. Putu was our driver and had great suggestions to fill in the gaps of we didn't see yet. Beautiful waterfalls with no crowds (we started at 7am) and we went all the way to Uluwatu temple. One thing I wish the tour company would do is contact us earlier to confirm details. I was getting anxiety and sent a message to the company to confirm my pick up and travel plans at 5pm the day before since I had not heard from anyone and just received "ok" as the response.

The Viator telephone assistant on WhatsApp was very patient and helpful. He explained everything very clearly. Our driver, Edy Wayan was prompt and picked us up on time at the location we requested. He spoke English and even some Spanish so we had fun conversing with him. He was also able to tell us a lot of information about the different sites in Bali. He toured us through the Uluwatu Temple grounds and made sure we were safe near the monkeys. He is a very safe driver. I would love to have him as a driver next visit.
