Our water temples tour with Mr. Udi was one of the best tours we have ever been on. We learned so much from him about Balinese culture, family life, art, philosophy, nature, and more. He was relaxed, personable, informative without being overbearing, talented photographer, and a very competent driver. He took us to 3 temples that were each so uniquely different and interesting. We were so fortunate to witness ceremonies at one of the temples. At the rice terraces, we enjoyed a delicious traditional lunch with a breathtaking view, then were able to trek through the rice fields afterward, which we enjoyed immensely. He even transported us and our luggage to our next hotel at the end of the tour. Highly recommend this tour with Mr. Udi!

Driver WhatsApp worked well with delay

Delayed getting through airport - waiting on baggage then long slow customs check of arrival QR code (the only stage not automated) but driver updated by WhatsApp waited and provided photos of where to meet. For clarity would have been easier to say at Car Park Exit as we initually went to other public Exit. Fast but safe drive to hotel with friendly english speaking driver.

Customs clearance at Bali was a breeze, first time travellers using this pick up, just keep walking out of the terminal, once you get out there all the various Drivers are waiting with signs waiting to go. Really great experience, started with being picked up on time from our hotel, all safety forms and menu choices completed, then trying the bikes for size. All the correct safety gear was provided. Off on our ride through rice fields, stopping for cultural updates from our guides, and visiting a coffee plantation. Really well organised and fabulous team supporting us. Felt totally safe even on the very busy Bali roads. Would definitely recommend
