An amazing day of snorkeling, swimming and enjoying beautiful views! Our guides Fernando and Coral were fantastic and captured some great shots of us snorkeling with the Manta Rays. The swells on the way to the island are pretty extreme so if you are even the slightest bit queasy I would recommend taking the sea sickness medication they offered. The Manta Rays were definitely the highlight of the trip, but we also saw tons of other beautiful fish, coral and and a few sea turtles at the last dive spot. We choose not to visit the last land spot because the we loved the views from the restaurant area so much that we just hung out there, relaxed in the pools and had the best time while others in our group went on to the photo spot. This is definitely a tour you don't want to miss!

Communication was excellent on this excursion, as I was treated like a king, and given Personalized attention, always realizing everyone involved was extremely concerned to give me the best possible experience. Torah Rai was already waiting for me before my scheduled meeting time. He drove me to the port where I had an hour to catch some breakfast before boat departure. Turah then made sure he personally handed me off at the appropriate time to board the fast boat to Nusa Penida. Upon Arrival Dapet my personal land guide for the day met me at the arrival pier and was able to pick me out of a crowd because they all share your picture. Dapet greeted me graciously and the set things up for me to get on our snorkeling boat which was just the Captain Rama and his mate. They loaded us in the boat with only myself and 2 other guests to go to 3 spots for snorkeling. They let us stay as long as we wanted. After we returned to the pier I was met immediately by Dapet again, and then he escorted me in a private coach to Kelingking . Along the way we stopped at an absolutely wonderful little restaurant on the beach where I had both a chicken salad and fish tacos. Both literally the best I ever had. Upon completion Dapet made sure that I needed to be aware he was here to make my trip as Wonderful. Which he did phenomenally . He then insisted he wait until he personally knew I was safe on the fast boat to return to mainland. 5 stars all way around.

Wayan was an outstanding guide for a wonderful day outside Ubud. He catered to our specific interests skipping and adding stops along the way. We greatly enjoyed discussing real life in Bali with him and got some priceless insights. The lunch was delicious, with gluten-free options for me. Note that the tour includes lots of stairs for both waterfalls and participants should be in good physical shape.

The water got a little crowded for snorkeling but the fish and coral were amazing. The guys on the boat worked very hard to keep the groups together and safe, maybe a bit too hard but it was good. The Manta rays were super. Our driver on the island was very very good. His friendly conversation while we drove was really nice. He kept us feeling safe at all times and made a couple adjustments to our travels and really made things enjoyable.

Our itinerary included visiting Pura Lempuyang and Tirta Gangga. We had heard that taking photos at the Pura Lempuyang would take several hours, so we booked a car pickup at 5 AM. Our driver, Putu, picked us up at the hotel right on time. Thanks to him, our itinerary went smoothly, and we were able to check into our Ubud hotel by 3 PM. Putu was the best driver. I highly recommend booking his car in Bali.

We had a wonderful time on our full day tour of Bali. Dwi, our driver and guide was amazing. He took us to many beautiful sites, from the temple in the city to the breathtaking terraced rice gardens in the mountains. Dwi was a great guide, very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. He was flexible with our scheduling, and even took us to the perfect location to do some last minute souvenir shopping! If you are visiting Bali, this is the perfect tour for you, but make sure you tour with Dwi. He was awesome!

The Mount Batur Sunrise Hike was unbelievable! I cannot recommend the experience enough. Ketut was our guide and he spent time getting to know us, educating us about the volcano and making sure we were safe and support at all times. The hike certainly is not easy (you do need to be physically fit) but absolutely worth it. Ketut provided us with a headtorch and walking stick- make sure you say yes to those! Ketut assisted us both on the way up and down particularly in areas that were slippy or steep- you can tell he cares after his guests and takes pride in this. Once at the top, Ketut provided breakfast as the sun came up. It was a quiet spot with not too many people which was great. We were then taken to different view point locations in order to truly experience the volcano. Ketut also took many brilliant photos for us- nothing was too much trouble for him! I cannot recommend this enough.

Our driver was very friendly and we appreciate how long he waited for us despite our arrival being delayed. He was communicative by messaging me with WhatsApp. He even paid attention to my profile photo and easily recognized me when we were looking for him among the other drivers waiting for pickup. He was very pleasant to talk to on our drive and even offered to help take us around during our stay.
