We had a really great time on this trip, saw some very beautiful fish, was helped by staff whenever needed. A gentleman on our trip was seasick and was driven back to shore, and in the meantime we were looked after by another group's instructor whilst we snorkled. This excursion was great also as they get in the water with you. I felt it was also LGBT friendly all the way through which was a plus for us. Great driver, too who was patient, friendly and informative. The waterfall was a good addition but be prepared for steep steps! Worth it though!

Our driver and guide named Adi was absolutely fantastic, he showed us all the places in the tour and gave us information on each place we stopped in at, aswell as the places we passed. It was a great day and would recommend this tour and driver/guide again and again!

Our Driver/Guide, Leo, was fantastic!! He got us everywhere safely and efficiently and taught us so much about the Balinese and Hindu culture. He picked us up at our hotel in Ubud and made the hour+ drive super easy and informative. When we arrived at the Uluwatu Temple he led us to see giant statues and to see the monkeys. He even guided us on where the best spot to sit was for the Kecak Fire show at the Temple, so we got some amazing photos! I was so glad Leo was guiding us! The temple location is an incredible cliffside ocean visa! Leo then drove us to a beautiful beachside restaurant for an incredible seafood dinner then back to our hotel in Ubud!! We would not have been able to navigate all of the activities on our own. Leo is also great for other day activities and airport runs. His WhatsApp number is +62 878-6047-4540. It was a truly great and memorable day and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Bali!!

Had a great day with my 14 year old nephew. Wayan was super lovely, pointing things out and telling us about the local culture & areas. We had a fun but brief ATV ride, as we realised the activity wasn’t for us. Wayan was so accommodating taking us to our next destination early, after we had a tasty buffet lunch (the chicken skewers and veg fritters were my fave). Initially we walked the monkey sanctuary alone, but Wayan encouraged us to see the monkeys with a photographer - it was so much better because they call the monkeys to meet you & take excellent pics! The photographer isn’t paid, but makes money if you buy a photo from them. I bought 3, totally worth it to support the locals who look after the area with respect, & have a fun souvenir to take home! This park is nice because they are more careful that tourists follow safety rules, so the monkeys haven’t picked up bad habits (like theft and hissing). Wayan took us for a surprise stop at a coffee plantation which my nephew and I really enjoyed. We got a mini tour and of the grounds & demonstration on how the coffee is made, from harvest to powder. After this, we sat in a lush, tranquil garden cafe & were provided with a completely free sampler of various specialised teas & coffees (plus one delicious hot chocolate). You can purchase some to bring home at the gift shop. My nephew and I both loved the mangosteen tea, and I was happy to take a box home with me. The waterfall was great to see, and people were swimming underneath it, which looked nice & refreshing. Regarding accessibility- the stairs are very steep, deep, and uneven, but many older people were still walking down - just a little slowly & carefully. I got my exercise today for sure! It’s been a fun & lovely day - I recommend the tour, and certainly recommend Wayan as a guide and driver 😊

We booked a tour package with diving, banana boat, parasailing, flying fish, and jetski, but we wanted to do wake boarding also so they were great to accommodate us by replacing the banana boat and flying fish activity. It was a full day on the water and we enjoyed the huge variety of fun things to do. Our driver Nengah was early to pick us up so we had time to do all the activities with plenty of time to return to our hotel and end enjoy our evening. Very kind and safe, and shared interesting facts about Bali :) he took great care of us, made sure we were having fun and watched after our diving gear when we were doing other activities. We highly recommend this tour, and we highly recommend Nengah!

First time surfing for both myself and my fiancé, it was such a good experience. Yahya & Jo were both so encouraging and patient and allowed us to go at a pace that was comfortable with us. And the most important thing for me as i’m not the most confident in open water, I felt very safe. Something I will be trying again in the future. I would highly recommend going to them if you’re a first time surfer.

ROBBY was a great tour guide. He communicated prior to his arrival, he was on time and immediately made us feel comfortable. He is an excellent driver and that is really remarkable with the traffic in Bali!. He was good with his conversation, and very informative, able to answer all of our questions. I appreciate his ability to manage our time appropriately. I would choose him as our tour guide anytime!

A bright and early, amazing experience, that was seamless and beautiful. Our tour operator driver Wijayan was timely and friendly with excellent communication picking us up from our hotel in Ubud. He went over and above, adding hot springs for us and gave a great suggestion to visit the coffee plantation too - which was is a must thing to add on for coffee lovers. Dira was our jeep driver, the only woman driver on the day, and she was excellent, smooth, energetic and helpful. gave us plenty of time and followed our special asks for photos.
