The planetarium show, tours, and special events at the observatory are all in Italian only.

The nighttime guided tour includes the observation of the sky with the naked eye—with commentary by your guide using a laser pointer—as well as through telescopes.

Temperatures plummet in the evening at this high altitude, so wear warm clothing and bring extra layers.

There’s a 5-minute walk to the observatory along an unlit gravel driveway, so bring a flashlight or headlamp.

The site is fully accessible to visitors in wheelchairs.
