You’ll be guided through the rum making process from start to finish by our rum experts. Guests will be taught distilling techniques (old and new) used to create delicious rum. We’ll guide you through flavorings and recipe creation to make your own unique rum. You’ll also learn about the history or rum and it’s origins in the Caribbean before bottling your very own rum to take away.

Enjoy an authentic Antiguan cultural experience at Shirley Heights, a restored military lookout and gun battery. This evening excursion takes place at the Lookout at Shirley Heights, which offers scenic views of the English and Falmouth Harbours. Here, you’ll be able to join the locals for a sunset party with drinks, barbecue (additional fee), and local bands playing Caribbean and international music.
