Very exciting! NOT for the faint of heart during this trip as there had been a lot of rain in the days prior.
We thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend it for the adventurous types.

Very exciting experience! Our family of four (with two teens) signed up for half day tour. Since this is our first time doing white raft, I didn’t try whole day. It was an awesome experience! Meeting place is clearly marked. The guides are very knowledgeable and skillful. I fill the right amount of thrill and yet safe the entire time. We rafted 14 miles and went under the new river bridge, thanks to the heavy rains the past few days. They have changing and showing place so you don’t have to go home in wet clothes. Highly recommend

Our guide was incredible and we had a great time! Pretty mild whitewater, we were actually expecting a bit more even though it was the casual route. So we may do one of the other trips next time we go. It was our first time so the milder trip was definitely the way to go, but we'll defiantly be coming back. We've never been to ACE Adventures before so it was a new experience for us, and we were very pleased with it. It's a very cool facility with lots to do. Kinda had a summer camp feel to it, but with tons of amenities. Very professional staff and our guide was exceptional!

That river level dramatically alters the experience. That said, its a must do when in the area. The guides make the trip very special.

Don’t bring anything on the river with them unless in waterproof case. Eat before you go. Be prepared to get wet.

Wanted to take a weekend trip with my best friend through Virginia and West Virginia. We decided to do the white water rafting on New River through ACE. The experience was incredibly fun, the guides were incredibly friendly and personable, and everything was orderly and fun! The River was clean, refreshing, and had plenty of fun drop-offs that splashed you and made it more adventurous. Will be doing the Gauley River rafting in the fall with them since this was so amazing!

With limited/no rafting experience in our group this was an excellent trip. The guides were very knowledgeable and talked us through everything. The rapids weren’t ‘scary’ enough for my thrill seeking teenager but our guide shared other excursions they run that would fit that bill, meaning we’re looking at making a return trip. If/when we do I would definitely go back out on the water with Ace!

ACE Adventure gave us a great day on the river. Me, my wife, and our 3 teens had an amazing time.
It was well organized from the time booked online until we reached our car to drive home. Our river guide, Kenedi, was knowledgeable, skilled, and personable. It was our first time rafting, and we loved every minute of it.
