The jet boat ride to the New River Bridge was awesome! Captain Megan shared lots of info & fun facts during the ride. We saw a bald eagle flying overhead, and Megan stopped the boat so we could all get a good view of the eagle as it flew from the trees. She made the trip a lot of fun for the kids by letting them get a little water spray on the ride. Overall, this was a great adventure to experience on our trip to New River Gorge National Park and Preserve!
I was disappointed the jet boat was in the shop and we road on a pontoon. It was nice but not a thrilling ride. The company did offer a full refund if we didnt go at all. And if you didnt book thru Viator you got a partial refund. So I got no money back
It rained but was still fun- had pontoon boat instead of jet boat and that probably made ride more leisurely.
This was a nice tour down the river to see the bridge. However, it was not two hours. We were back at the lodge in one and a half hours with only about 30 minutes on the water.
Very awesome experience and very nice people. Then, also good information, the good things to learn. I would suggest for anyone to go there and have a great time.
