With not being able to book train tickets till 3 days before travel we found using these guys far easier as they communicated when required and the whole process was taken care of.
Easy digital ticket entry, very clean, fast and nice terminal a ways out of the city, but many shuttles buses. No aerosols or pocket knives!

Although there's a small mark-up on the price of a ticket by using this booking service, it's well worth it.
