It was a lot of fun, even for my wife of 60 years. The harness was a bit uncomfortable. Very beautiful scenery

Didnt have any nice experiences since no one showed up to take us to this event.

Good day I am so sorry to read about the bad experience you had with your booking with us. Our booking system has been down and was not giving us notifications for new bookings. This affected a few bookings and received the same complaints. We have since rectified the issue and our booking system is now up and running. We are now successfully getting notifications. We always try and do our best to give our visitors the best service from the time the bookings is made up to the day you actually participate in the activity. Tour operator never contacted us with any information about location or time. Repeatedly reached out to Viator with no response. Now I have to fight for a complete refund. Hotel staff had never heard of this local operator. Very disappointed with Viator and we have used them many times - defintely below their standards.
