イミグレーションでKAZAビザの列に50分ほど並んだのでドライバーが待っていてくれるか心配でしたが、ちゃんと待っていてくれて一安心。車内ではペットボトルと冷えたタオルを手渡されておもてなしの心を感じ、23時間のフライトの疲れも吹き飛ぶようでした。自社のアクティビティのリストも手渡されましたが、事前に他社で予約した旨を伝えると、道すがらその会社のオフィスの場所を教えてくれたり、動物が見えたら紹介してくれるなど、単なる送迎ではなくホテルまでのガイドのようでした。ホテルに着いてもチェックインまで見守ってくれるなど、とても安心感のあるドライバーに対応していただき、気持ちの良い旅のスタートとなりました。ありがとうございます。
